I'm going ot imagine units of the future will have at least one small portable radar to give them warning. And then small anti-UAV weapons which come down in cost. These UAV are so fragile even a tiny explosion will rock them.
Belt-fed machine guns backed up by full auto rifle fire can take care of them, the problem is doing that while you're under fire and pinned down.
