Doctrine dictates that you'd shoot from a stationary position so the lack of a stabiliser is really a non issue. Bradley was the best then got upgraded from there. There were utterly trash systems like the cv90 that went from shit to great due to spending but the warrior was never really BAD, it was just outdated.
It actully started with Starstreak, it made him so mad that he went through every British system he could find to do a US vs UK thread. It usually backfired on him which has been great to watch.
