It's AM-17
There is not so much info about it, the full-size version in OP pic doesn't even have an official designation yet. It's internals are reworked Dragunov MA assault rifle

AM-17M. First they made the AM-17, which is a newer version of that old Dragunov carbine from the 70s or 80s that was a rival to AKS-74U. Then they made a full-size out of it.
The article is at least several months if not years old BTW, it's not something super fresh.

Thanks anons, appreciate it.
On lunch so might as well try finding stuff on it/
ASM and VSSM rails could hold zero too, apparently. And since their original dust covers are pretty much identical to AK ones, their frick up with AK12 baffles even more
>Thoughts?
DNO firearms made an upper/lower chassis for AK that uses all AK main components and can be made in garage.
Russians still hit head against the wall.
I occasionally check out his blog just for giggles and shits, he's trying his damnedest to ignore the War. Barely ever mentioning that its happening or commenting on any of its events. Which is probably for the smartest. Mostly just the expected snide remarks about Western guns and telling people to read whatever new book on Russian firearms was just released.

trying to defend Putin like he had no choice or whatever. Cope with most watered down cope.
I use autogun once in a while myself.
Some pretty smart guys on there. That Emeric dude is one I always make sure to read from, I've seen a few of his papers pop up when searching up ballistics information too.
That things been floating around for a few years now. Well before the war.
Its in some kind of dev hell given that the Russian Army went with the AK12, leaving it floating without any buyers. If people are going Russian its because they want AKs. They're not going with whatever new designs Kalashnikov is releasing. Might as well go Belgian if you want the cutting edge.
where can i order one
It's still in testing stage
Izhmash made a simplified AK-12 version but it's pretty shit
to modernize an ak they had to make it with an upper and lower lol
That's just going back to the roots of AK-46.
What's the rifle name or do you have any links about it? Haven't seen that before, looks neat.
Looks like front handguard assembly that contains the rail pulls forward over the adjustable gas block.
Really want to see the internals and the assembly/disassembly process

Not the sharpest crayons, are they?
Looks like a russian m10x, cringe
Russians already made a rail that could hold zero
I wont believe shit until rob ski tests it. 5k rounds of tough love bby
They could make it any time but they wanted to make it as cheap as possible
>no bayonet lug
into the trash it goes
It’s the 21st century grandpa, get over yourself.

I thought Midwest industries and Poland already best the Russians to that

I guess they're clinging to the dust cover in the same way as the US military to "AR ergonomics"
What happens with the spring on this one?
>it just bends
naruhudo...

poor guy, he's too patriotic to reject the russo-ukrainian war but too smart to believe it will end with Russian victory kek.
