They're still without water after nearly a year? Last time I heard the groundwater/ground was polluted due to all those cadavers trapped beneath the rubble, but that was somewhere around summer last year approximately around the time someone took a shit in one of those Donetsk watering holes.

There's some grey zone about the people there. Who's a vatnik and who just didn't have the means to flee. But forcing the animals to perform in literal shit? That's fricked. If Russia doesn't want to repatriate their war dead, turn them into pet food. Their bull's girlfriend gets a Lada and a dog gets to live to see another day.

Is it the right way to store them?

So are those the casings containing the shell and propellent falling apart, or is it just a cover to keep them safe whilst in storage?

The bent shell in the first pick is also getting me nervous.

      Anonymous

2 methods of logistics Anon, you can either maximize how much you can fit in a truck or maximize how easy it is to move stuff around. Pallets maximize the latter but require a larger fleet. Since Russia STILL relys on lend lease trucks they chose to maximize the amount of shit they can move.

It was a fricking stupid idea, and it shows.

        >"with thermal sights for the commander and gunner"
After all, if a tank is a tank, then an sight is a sight, right? I'm certain Tyler believes that Soviet era opticals with uncooled analog thermals are "basically the same thing" as the AN/PSQ-20.

        [...]

By that logic, Ukraine is not at war with Putin's Russia but rather with Brezhnev's Soviet Union.

        Anonymous

I don't understand, is he implying western tanks don't have thermals?

          Anonymous

Implying that leopard thermals are older gens.
I think they are supposed to be gen 2 when they are gen 1 for leopard 2a4 and only for the gunner, not commander. So, it is true so far.

It was last month, so either he thought they would never actually show up or he has reformer-tier delusions about western vehicles and thinks a handful of them getting knocked out makes them just as bad, if not worse than their 'cheap' and 'rugged' Soviet counterparts.

Ukraine can field peasants with pitchforks and save face, because they didn't larp as 2nd army in the world, able to counter the entire NATO for 20 years, and get bogged down 100 outside their borders for an year an a half, dumb third worlder
