    >α-PVP, like other psychostimulants, can cause hyperstimulation, paranoia, and hallucinations.[6]α-PVP has been reported to be the cause, or a significant contributory cause of death in suicides and overdoses caused by combinations of drugs.[7][8][9][10]α-PVP has also been linked to at least one death with pulmonary edema and moderately advanced atherosclerotic coronary disease when it was combined withpentedrone.[11]

    >According to Craig Crespi in the journalCase Reports in Psychiatry, 'symptoms are known to easily escalate into frightening delusions, paranoid psychosis, extreme agitation, and a multitude of other altered mental states.' Common adverse effects of α-PVP are in line with other psychostimulants, and include:
    >Delusions
    >Paranoidpsychosis
    >Agitation
    >Altered mental state
    >In addition, agitated deliriummay occur as an adverse effect of α-PVP,[12]which carries its own set of symptoms, includinganxiety, agitation, violent outbursts, confusion, myoclonusandconvulsions, with clinical symptoms includingtachycardia,hypertension,diaphoresis,mydriasisandhyperthermia.[13]

Where does it fall on a scale of angel dust/acid/weed?
    I'd rate weed at like 1, lsd a 3 or 4, Dimenhydrinate or pcp a 10.
Where does PVP fall on a 1-10 scale? of I'm being attacked by insects that don't exist and killed hundreds of them and saved one in a special place to prove I'm not crazy and just seeing this shit, to I seen the universe re-arrange the worlds pixels to manifest the metaphysical face of satan and I'm powerless to stop it

      Anonymous

Going by habitual abuse potential, modified by violence and actual psychotic episode potential for strong/overdoses:

Weed is under 0.5. Mushrooms & peyote would be about a 2-3 depending on dose & individual, with LSD edging them out with a solid 3, same caveats. Real, original pure MDMA probably also ~2-ish, with later designer variants at 3+ but well under 4. DMT would be a 4 if it lasted longer, or was used approximately daily, otherwise under 4 or 3+. DMT is just really fricking intense, but then it's over and you're not in that space anymore until the next dose. Ketamine is about a solid 4, but not for the violence, just the abuse & overdose potential; this is the real self-harm line. PCP would be a solid 5, even pushing a 6. Regular crack use would be a 6, with crystal meth in 6+ territory. Then bath salts and krokodil at 7 to 8. aPVP is a step above bath salts, so put it at a solid 8 or 8+.

Not sure where to put sniffing glue & huffing solvents, gasoline, & spray paint, but I think it's reasonable to say "worse than crystal meth." Maybe. It's all permanent brain damage city at this point.

I'm leaving the top end of the scale open because I know there's worse shit out there not in the mainstream, and more yet to be invented. I always try to not use 10 because then next week will arrive and change the scale. Again. I'd place alcohol in ketamine territory for danger, violence, & abuse potential, but it's not really in this class of drugs.

Not even meming, this is something that makes me feel better about humanity. People seem willing to put aside even the worst conflicts if they end up on the same side later on. 'Murica nuked Japan and now the two countries are thick as thieves. Poland, Lithuania, Ukraine, all of these central and Eastern european nations have horrible, bloody histories with all of each other, but faced with a bigger threat in the form of Russia, they're unironic "brother nations" in the sense Russia always claimed to be but never lived up to. Maybe in a few years after Putin is dead in a ditch with a stick up his ass, and the Russian nation has made reparations, we can all be friends too.

It wasn't crushed nearly as much as you think.
            That would be Germany.
Japan still thinks they basically won World War 2.

Sure, but maybe the same can happen with Russia, the anon I was responding to mentioned brutal devatnikization after all. I'm under no illusions about how Russia will have to be rebuilt from the ground up, and a lot of corrupt, evil, and psychotic russians will have to die, for it to have even a chance of joining the civilized world.

          >Poland, Lithuania, Ukraine
plus Belarus all used to be the same country. Until it was ripped apart by Russia, several times.

I'm guessing this is probably just some soldier who bought it and it's not actually being issued. Very interesting reading in this thread that Donetsk is a drug dealing hub, didn't know that.

      >Donetsk is a drug dealing hub

This. It's like New Rino from Fallout.
