Do they search for Gold mines or are they takimg already open Gold mines through force? And are they Selling the Gold or the whole Gold mine für other people to dig

I'm sure it's your standard organized crime model. The new gang in town moves in, in this case Wagner, they talk to the mine owners and demand a cut of the mine's production. The miners do their thing and Wagner leeches off some of the gold. If the miners start getting uppity then Wagner comes in and busts kneecaps.
