Why couldn't they just build it themselves? It's literally a flying lawnmower.
lmao seriously, Iran is making absolute bank from this shit, selling drones for several times what it costs to make them, just because Russia apparently can't make ANYTHING any more
>several times what it costs to make them
Source: copium
Yes I'm sure Iran provides these out of the goodness of their hearts, with free transport to boot
moron
Russians are ripping off themselves. Why Iran wouldn’t?
>Russian recon drone with a Canon DSLR and ballon in its belly costs 100,000 freedom units
today I will remind you about that time Russia publicly announced trading 20 su-35s for fricking shahed drones
The parts come from Iran and they're assembled in Russia.
Iranbros, are we the israelites now?
Because these sanctions dont work at all. Hahaha frick you westoids we still have everything we need!
Also please remove sanctions because they don't work. Please I'm begging you. My family hasn't eaten in weeks. I havent seen an integrated circuit since march 2022.
>It's literally a flying lawnmower.
I thought it's a reverse engineered RQ-170
No? Not even a little bit. Iran does have an RQ-170 "copy" (more like a half scale fiberglass model) but the Shaded is not it. You can tell because the RQ-170 has a fricking jet engine.
It has a $20,000 GPS antenna that Iran has figured out how to dodge sanctions to acquire.
Flying lawnmower. its a good weapon for terrorism and hitting random civilian targets. You will never see them around the frontlines
>its a good weapon for terrorism and hitting random civilian targets.
and ammo depots
Nah, they are just meh to hit ammo depots. They are not designed to be precise. Shitty maneuverability too.
Iran is already developing a new generation of flying lawnmowers that will be better but israel keeps bombing their facilities, buying them is gonna cost a lot of Sukhois to Russia in the future.
Looks more like an oil... Oh I read the filename
Don't call it an ammo depot when it was a fuel depot moron
>terrorism and hitting random civilian targets
And what do you think Russia has been doing this entire time?
Are they still trading away Sukhois for these?
And Bulgaria's gold reserve.
How many Su-35s will they trade for them?
Wait why does Russia need more drones I thought Ukraine lost already
>Russia is short on funds and must allocate carefully
>These drones are worthless against any AA and are only suitable for attacking civilian targets, in theory to reduce morale and cause a surrender
>Ukraine have shown absolutely no signs that they are even 1 inch closer to surrender as a result of attacks on civilians thus far
>So of course the Russians buy a shitload more
Remind me how many wars have been won due to terror-bombing?
Well Putin is Russian Hitler, lol.
>
Putin’s obsession with the very existence of an independent Ukraine is not his personal paranoia but a quintessential expression of the traumatised imperial consciousness that perceives Ukraine’s absence from the imperial project as a gaping hole, a bleeding wound that should be immediately cured by surgical means. If one reads Putin’s statements and writings about Ukraine carefully, one is likely to find some pan-Slavonic equivalent of Mein Kampf. The führer’s messages boil down to a few simple ideas: there is no Ukraine, it was invented by Russia’s enemies, Ukrainians are essentially Russians, and those who deny this make up “anti-Russia” – an existential threat to the whole “Russian World” that should be extinguished.
At least the Krauts genuinely had a good army compared to the size of their country that got a few serious scalps off of the Allies+USSR
The best thing Russia can say about their performance in this war is that they took the South relatively quickly because of traitors letting them just waltz right in, besides Mariupol which became a meatgrinder.
The "modernized" part of Russia's military got wiped out hilariously early, akin to losing your best chess pieces at a game's beginning.
They've been trying to overwhelm Ukraine with fricking pawns for a good while now.
>Russian Hitler
If he was he would have done some good. The Germans at least attempted to improve the lives of their occupied countries.
Russians are all cretins to me
This is the most insane thing I have ever read on PrepHole.
The germans would casually execute thousands, entire schools of children under 10, they would do it casually and regularly, and even if you consider "history" a lie I can personally testify as most of my family was targeted and many died during occupation as civilians.
You are everything wrong with the westoid Black folk, revisionist scum.
>killing russians is le bad
History has proven otherwise
>This is the most insane thing I have ever read on PrepHole.
On my 4 "hitler chan did nothing wrong" chan? How new are you? Jesus.
Just face the wall, we'll make this quick.
Black person this is PrepHole if you want your fee fees protected from the big scary austrian Bob Ross go to reddit or some other shit site
>austrian Bob Ross
Frick you, i kekk'd and have a joy of Painting episode with Hitler in my head now
Now let's paint a smoke stack with some happy little clouds.
No need to rush no need to stress. Just paint them until you think you have enough.
As if the Russians didnt do the same fricking thing. Crimea used to be full of asiatic looking people.
out. now.
>w*stoid
Go back to leftypol.
If you're Ukrainian or Polish I'd get it, Nazi rhetoric is almost directly similar to Russian Rhetoric towards those nations, they don't exist, or they only exist under a israeli hegemonic slavery.
Sound similar?
Germany still didn't do anything wrong though, there actually was a israeli elite.
The only Issue I take with Germany is that they also wanted to ethnically cleanse the Ukrainian area just as the Russians had done before them 300 years prior to create a new land for Germany.
And now Russia is trying to do the same again kek.
Ukrainians just can't catch a break.
>theory to reduce morale and cause a surrender
Has this ever actually worked? Not going after strategic manufacturing, but actually
>Oh these people will indiscriminately bomb civilian targets, better let them run our country, I'm sure they'll be nice!
It's more like some countries happened to have surrendered while also under heavy bombing campaigns, e.g. Nazi Germany, Japan, Serbia
But the most devastating bombing are always strategic bombings, not terror bombings. And even they are just a way to soften up the forces on the ground and damage industry, not a way to actually force a surrender by themselves.
The terror bombing meme derived from some interwar Italian who thought just a few thousand tons of bombs could force any city in the world to capitulate because the people inside would rise up and overthrow their government if they wouldn't surrender on their behalf, something which has categorically never happened even once, even on a local level. I mean imagine if all the cursed interwar tanks designs were still being used as a doctrinal if not technological standard today, that's how ridiculous it is to still believe in terror bombing in 2023.
Remember when they were gloating about turning off the electricity for a couple of days with their islamic suicide mowers? Then ukraine got flooded with even more shit like flakpanzers, it’s hilarious just how all their tactics backfire on them like this
It's been noticed enough for Ukraine to start working on their own improved version. I have no doubt it will put these flying lawnmowers to shame.
Welp, time to sell Ukraine more anti-drone tech.
>Welp, time to sell Ukraine more anti-drone tech.
Or, perhaps ...
And, hear me out here,
..... just *perhaps* the manufacturing facilities in Iran might suffer catastrophic "accidents." The "accidents" will continue until the drone manufacturing ceases.
I fully approve of Iran's factories having "accidents".
They're assembled in the alabuga special economic zone
Iran must be laughing their as off.
>you want lawnmower? that will be 20 su-57's and free gas and oil for 3 decades. deal? okay, whatever you want.
What is the western equivalent of this and how much does it cost compared to it?
>What is the western equivalent of this and how much does it cost compared to it?
I'm going to say a giant waxed cardboard lawnmower drone could be produced en masse at a VERY low price. Western people know high-tech stuff well but are ABLE to make the most simple, most optimized designs this world has - if needed.
>Cardboard death drones for Ukraine
Approve. Build it. Ship it.
>When the shipping container IS the product.
I'm rather curious how well waxed cardboard creates a radar print. I've got to believe it takes some top-tier radar that's been fine-tuned to pick up a slow-moving 2 meter piece of cardboard floating on the wind. Even if it does, some human somewhere has to notice it at all, and then recognize it as a threat that requires a response.
That doesn't even include what other tech enhancements would even further reduce its radar profile. It should be possible to manufacture ten thousand of these per week, if not per day.
we can see clouds on radar
but water actually blocks radio waves rather well
>every month
>100
how about increase that to 10,0000 every month please...
a V1 with the cheapest possible GPS guidance bolted onto it
Why won't the West come together and eradicate Russia, Iran, and North Korea from the face of the Earth? Humanity as a whole would be better off. China can stay (for now).
They could at least give Ukraine a Tomahawk missile for every Iranian drone launched by Russia. I'd be so hard
>Each unit costs around 20,000 euros
from now on I will nuke whoever says this bullshit $20k figure made up by brainlets

Time to send Iran a crystal clear, unambiguous message.
We should supply Taliban with more armor and munitions.
they have enough US equipment already and have agreed to diddle around the border of Iran.. any moment the US will give the go a head with the new Taliban allies (who they made a deal with to frick up Iran in exchange for leaving Afghanistan) to invade Iran for real.
>opinions about this weapon?
discount counterfeit V-1 'flying bomb'
Where does it say 20k? The article says 2k
Would be a shame if Israels air force got uppity with Iran again...
Those Iranian drones were surprisingly effective. Or not so surprising given their large explosive payloads making them great for hitting entrenched infantry positions. Recall the impressive booms these things put out.
They are almost exclusively used against large static targets, namely civilian infrastructure, because they're inaccurate and can't be guided after launch.
They're terror bombs which don't substantially support battlefield operations, and are now mostly countered with SHORAD.
? There was videos showing them hitting infantry positions though.
Yeah, a single one, and the rest of them are sent at cities. The number of attacks, and the lack of footage (unless it's them getting shot out of the sky) means their utility has ended. They can't even be used to divert resources, unless it's to buy more 35mm ammo.
Seethe
You’re attached to this narrative but it’s false. Military vehicles and structures, troops, artillery, etc, are not "random civilian targets". They also hit energy infrastructure in cities but that’s also not random and also an acceptable target in a war. They are accurate enough vs static targets. They also cost Ukraine much more to intercept vs the cost of the drone so even when intercepted they inflict an economic cost.
>Military vehicles and structures, troops, artillery, etc, are not "random civilian targets"
I think they were trying to hit some depots with it, but their main success was against civilian buildings, which is primarily what the videos showed
>that’s also not random and also an acceptable target in a war.
Very debatable. Gets into questions of wartime Utility. But here we are again - large immobile targets, the only thing it's good for.
>They also cost Ukraine much more to intercept vs the cost of the drone
Doubtful now that they have radar-guided AAA, and the cost of each drone is variously estimated at minimum $10-20k. It also doesn't matter. The west has alot more money than Russia does - or Iran. The equation still points to "victory" for Ukraine.
Cope as hard as you'd like Ahmed. Your toys had their temporary fun in the sun against a poorly equipped post-Soviet military. A handful of Gepards nullified them. Videos showing them doing anything but getting blasted out of the sky are impossible to find. One can imagine how well they would fare against the US or the Israelis.
Soccer mom takes
i doubt they have the manufacturing capacity to build more than a few hundred per year.
>we only want to liberate the population of ukraine from kiev nazi junta, so we are buying 20,000 kamikaze drones haha
>seeks to buy 20,000 sneed drones that aren't good for anything except indiscriminate terror bombing
>Some 77 percent of parts in one Shahed-136 were U.S.-made
how exactly are they going to get 20,000 when the parts come from 30 different US companies and shitskins apparently can't make it themselves? seems like wishful thinking
>opinions about
Thats how you spot vatnig. They never learn.
Im sorry, Israel
If you can't take some light hitler posting, get out.
You will have a shit time of coping and seething. Posting stuff that is offensive to normies is the point of this website
/pol/Black folk abandoning the sinking ship. They're already prepping the narrative
>Oh no it was all lefty/misc/ that did all the spamming we are the victims as well
Get fricked.
Rent free
YWNBAW you have no womb, no ovaries, no XX chromosomes, a male bone structure.
Maybe they will trade all their Su-57s for these ones
I thought they stopped using these drones since they don’t work in cold weather?
Obviously they work in cold weather.
I know it's probably your job to post this nonsense here but please try a little harder.
>he doesn't know
>Obviously they work in cold weather
How come they are trying to procure more of them, now that it’s summer?
Good.
>Iran's drones were made with Canadian and American parts
>This route wasn't shut
>Iran carries on making them
>Russia carries on buying them
Good work, glowies.
>seeks to buy
learn to read zigger.
Weren't Russia trading their high end fighter jets for these things? Seems like Iran are just basically price gouging the Russians outta their good equipment for a bunch of shitty bombs.
