Most countries adopted Carl Gustafs in the M3 or M4 variants in the 80s and beyond, the things that are very different from the old solid steel boat anchor. SS-N-3Bs, unlike the Cs were originally intended as the land attack missiles, not anti-ship ones that were developed later and were called P-35. It was used to arm submarines and use nuclear warheads and had CEP of about 3km back then.
This thing is too old to have TERCOM and it's being used over land, do they just point it in a city's direction and hope it knows where it is and isn't?
