And yeah in 30 seconds. Going below that starts to depend on rifle, ammunition and conditions though. The target is 6.2in high, so heat and cold won't affect it much and there's half a target of slack for elevation with an averagish service rifle, but it's only 2.7in wide so wind will affect it and even perfect aim will result in some horizontal misses with an averageish service rifle.
Doing it as a very rapid or snap serial using a service rifle, ball ammo and without siting shots would be genuinely challenging possibly even partly luck based. Doing it with a match rifle and match ammo or as a deliberate serial would be easy for any experienced shooter.
If you want to make it actually difficult, knock it down to 12 seconds
After drinking all six cans in another 12 seconds

If he wants to make it challenging, give the shooter 7 bullets. 1 mulligan to be nice. But a stock A2 carryhandle practically has match grade sights. Like, absurdly nice iron sights that are all but wasted on a military rifle.
