they have .38's in other countries than the USA? I thought all you mudbloods used the metric system?
We were using .40 until some years ago, now it's all 9mm but every gangbanger, robber and whatnot uses a .38 revolver that barely works most of the time. The more specialized gangs use pistols and rifles smuggled from other countries, but that gets expensive so it's rare to see.
