We've been renovating a building at work, and I've had to interact a lot with the contractors working on it. I have never in my life felt as much flaming passion as I do for the one female electrician working in the building. She's very plain looking, but she seems very competent, and for some reason this makes her ridiculously attractive to me. I start blushing when talking to her, something I haven't done around girls since high school. I've never felt this way about anyone as an adult.
Does anyone else find practical skills attractive in women, or am I just gay or something?
my wife does lots of manual labor around the farm. she also kills and butchers most of our livestock. I find her abilities and willingness to do real work to be a very attractive quality.

Competency is extremely fricking hot. My woman did no-fire winter camping, portaging, and multi-day hikes long before meeting me, and is a damn fine woodworker and painter. She kicks my ass at building anything out of wood - I literally just hand her tools, stand over her shoulder, ask how the frick she did that, and end up with a far better product then if I did it alone. I'm teaching her vehicle repair, and she picked it up like it was second nature. We can camp for days on end with her perfectly happy to split firewood and set up tarp shelters. Loves hardware stores as much as I do. Bonus that she's hourglassy as frick with green eyes, and wicked humor - I'm smitten by her every day. I repeat, confidence and competency is extremely fricking hot.

In my high school shop class there was a (maybe a bit plain looking) blonde girl that used to work with me. She'd bought her own car and fixed it working side jobs and once I found out about thatI really liked her. I should have asked her to marry me honestly
