        MLRS have two uses.

        1. when counterbattery-ing artillery the MLRS's advantage is that you can just point it at an area and frick up everything in that area without having to know exactly where everything is

        2. all the ordnance drops at essentially the same time, so enemy soldiers get caught out of cover - perfect for use at the start of an assault and then tube artillery takes over for sustained firepower while the MLRS reloads

at the individual level MLRS don't exactly have "surgical" precision, sure, but using them effectively involves more thought and planning than hurr shoot at enemy. tube artillery on the other hand is just hurr shoot at enemy, basically. there's not really a situation where you wouldn't fire your tube artillery at a target, but with an MLRS because it takes so fricking long to reload there are plenty of situations where even though you have the ammo for it you may actually hold fire because you're waiting for a more valuable target to come along so you won't get caught reloading.

They are? It's what they're made for. Saturating a small area with missiles so the shitty CEP doesn't actually matter too much.

It's more that the Russian situation got worse. August 2022 was when HIMARS showed up and started blowing up their artillery ammunition depots

Unless asiaticmoot has collaborated with the Rooshans you're not being tracked via tracking pixels.
What you mean is Steganography tracking where they can hide data in images and track how an image spreads.

How many artillery shells does it take to kill a person? You can kill at least 10 people with one shell, so that means 600,000 dead hoholbanditokrainians per day. That means the real fatality numbers are closer to 250,000,000 with at least 3x as many wounded, so 750,000,000.

Russians may have fired that much during early war offensives, but claiming that's their average daily usage is schizoid Gonzalo-tier brain rot. That would imply they have at least fired over 16 million shells over the course of a year with a daily expenditure on par with the Red Army in WW2, which was a fought on a scale an order of magnitude higher than this current slav slapfight.

Indeed, as a European I am highly suspicious the post trump trend of fake news, and of these alleged low Ukrainian fatalities.

Ukraine is compensating for military inferiority with massed number, logically, the number should be higher. Furthermore the new storm Z companies have been very effective, I expect casualties will skyrocket this summer.

That was never true and the peak is far behind them. By this point 60k/day would put their usage far outside of even a high estimate of what they could actually supply at 25m shells
