What?
MLRS have two uses.
1. when counterbattery-ing artillery the MLRS's advantage is that you can just point it at an area and frick up everything in that area without having to know exactly where everything is
2. all the ordnance drops at essentially the same time, so enemy soldiers get caught out of cover - perfect for use at the start of an assault and then tube artillery takes over for sustained firepower while the MLRS reloads
at the individual level MLRS don't exactly have "surgical" precision, sure, but using them effectively involves more thought and planning than hurr shoot at enemy. tube artillery on the other hand is just hurr shoot at enemy, basically. there's not really a situation where you wouldn't fire your tube artillery at a target, but with an MLRS because it takes so fricking long to reload there are plenty of situations where even though you have the ammo for it you may actually hold fire because you're waiting for a more valuable target to come along so you won't get caught reloading.
They are? It's what they're made for. Saturating a small area with missiles so the shitty CEP doesn't actually matter too much.

Wowie wow, another moronic muh artillery advantage post.
That s very much corresponds with Marx theory about value of goods. If worker works more hours it has more value.

I will reply to this bait thread
Do we have any reason to believe the Ukrainian situation improved?
It's more that the Russian situation got worse. August 2022 was when HIMARS showed up and started blowing up their artillery ammunition depots
Russia has a lot more shells to spare, everyone knew this. But they're clearly nowhere near as efficient or accurate with it or they'd be doing a lot better
The new shells and barrels are much better than the shitty stockpiled gear they began with apparently.
why do the glavset posters frogpost so much? What's he deal with that? I don't even hate the frog, real pepeposting is comfy (not this forced glavset frogposting shit) I just want to know why there are always two glavset spam threads with OP frogposts in the catalog? Do they put a tracking pixel in them and use them to monitor productivity or something?
The handlers think it helps them blend in better and the actual shitposting pajeets can't or don't want to report that it only makrs them more obvious
I will pay any money to see Ukraine rounding up lakhta after the war in particular and displaying them in cages on their city squares.
>Tracking pixels
Anon, those are what you think they are.
Unless asiaticmoot has collaborated with the Rooshans you're not being tracked via tracking pixels.
What you mean is Steganography tracking where they can hide data in images and track how an image spreads.
Isn't this a bad look for russia
>we're fiering a billion shells a day xaxaxa
>ukranians hold them back with a fraction of that
>russia fires 10 to 20 times more but dont hit shit
>that means they inflicted more casualties
cant find the pic comparing the craters in the fields next to russian and ukrainian position right now
How do we know this image is real and the labels are correct?
Show me proofs. (here)
Ah, but how can we ever truly PROVE anything?
Honestly those are very good groupings it's just intel that fricked up. high caliber on the right is quite amazinf coming from soviet hardwere

Stupid frogposter.
>40,000 to 60,000
Its not june anymore, piggy.
>40k-60k arty shells a day
that number was up-to-date only during sievierodonetsk, anon
How many artillery shells does it take to kill a person? You can kill at least 10 people with one shell, so that means 600,000 dead hoholbanditokrainians per day. That means the real fatality numbers are closer to 250,000,000 with at least 3x as many wounded, so 750,000,000.
HATO hordes won't last much longer.

>Uses this argument almost one year later
Wow you should really demine a Bosnian field with your feet
Russians may have fired that much during early war offensives, but claiming that's their average daily usage is schizoid Gonzalo-tier brain rot. That would imply they have at least fired over 16 million shells over the course of a year with a daily expenditure on par with the Red Army in WW2, which was a fought on a scale an order of magnitude higher than this current slav slapfight.
>claiming that's their average daily usage is schizoid Gonzalo-tier brain rot
I suppose you know better than the head of the Bundeswehr.
Just like that one EU official stated that over 100k Uke officers were KIA. Nobody has better intel about how the war is being fought outside of osint shit on social media
Indeed, as a European I am highly suspicious the post trump trend of fake news, and of these alleged low Ukrainian fatalities.
Ukraine is compensating for military inferiority with massed number, logically, the number should be higher. Furthermore the new storm Z companies have been very effective, I expect casualties will skyrocket this summer.
>Furthermore the new storm Z companies have been very effective
Effective where? Did they go from advancing meters per week to 10's of meters per week?
>spamming about ukrainian casualties
This thread is a malicious state backed influence campaign targeting US elections and the morale of our cherished allies. OP is committing a serious crime here.

That was never true and the peak is far behind them. By this point 60k/day would put their usage far outside of even a high estimate of what they could actually supply at 25m shells
>That was never true
That quote was from the head of the Bundeswehr.
And the POTUS states repeatedly how school shootings are the #1 cause of dead kids. The head of the Bundeswehr knows hardly more than twitter OSINT-gay #358281 about the current state of the war, hell even the US DoD can barely make more than vague conclusions about how each side is doing in their super sekrit dokuments)
Man the Russian cope is so fantastic.
>Literally cannot move the front line for 8 months in spite of a constant daily offensive
>m-maybe it’s secretly worse for the Ukrainians
OP raises some interesting points.
You and op should raise some interesting pistols to head and then do a lgbt suicide together you trans gaygoids
have a nice day,frogBlack person.

>[Russia fires] around 40,000 to 60,000 rounds of artillery ammunition per day.
X to doubt.
>yfw
The tricky part is to hit the enemy, shelling a field is not hard.
They haven't fired 60k per day for a year now. Current max shell output is 9k per day.
Yeah sure. I mean they do have infinite cold war stocks right? They will never need to trade stuff for ammo
