One day with Archer.

"Archer" self-propelled gun is a Swedish 155-mm artillery system. Its main task is to destroy the Russian artillery and enemy strongpoints. It joined the Armed Forces in the fall of last year.

This is exclusive footage of the operation of this SPG. You will learn what the Archer looks like from the inside, where you can warm up your borscht, and how the crew of the 45th separate artillery brigade was trained.

We’ll get Plenty when we reconquer Sweden into Russia. The world will relearn to respect how we use rape as weapon against native population

The company I work makes parts that (probably) ends up in Archers.
I hope that parts I made ended up in Ukraine and that the Archer in question ends up with hundreds of russian souls on its conscience. Sadly that won’t happen because russians don’t have a soul.

Why? Couldn’t it be used as a last resort to blast shadsneeds or lanceshits?

They showed in the video, the spot where an HMG may be mounted. It appeared to be a manned flex mount, not an RWS, but whatever

      >>no rws
      >Why? Couldn’t it be used as a last resort to blast shadsneeds or lanceshits?

It was supposed to have a norwegian RWS, but it was dropped to save money. If you think this is an elite high end product, you are decieved by marketing. Its low end off the shelf stuff sold at premium pricing and deleting features without dropping the price increases the profit.

The RWS was only there in the first place because they Norwegians demanded it. When they then withdrew from the project...

Why hasn't anyone else adopted this? I figure there logistics or maintenance for the autoloader must be prohibitive
But maybe field use in Ukraine will promote it
