    Maybe. I have a feeling that we'll never get guns, even mosins. Parts kits hard maybe leaning towards no. And if the "it has to be in a neutral country for 10 years" is enforced for any possible gun imports, it will be painfully slow anyways.

    Surplus in general is dead. There's a shitton of surplus we could be getting right now, but governments around the world are doing what they can to keep it from getting into the hands of the layman. The age of surp is dead.

      Not really. The vast quantities of surplus that used to flood the market were due to countries stocking up for conscription for WWIII. The newer surplus that does hit the market is never as much of a steal as surplus used to be, where you used to pay cheap chinkshit prices for durable and proven gear at the cost of weight and questionable ergonomics.
