$74,000.00 for a converted container. Perhaps this was a job site shelter or something. Not sure. We've lost our mind. I mean, if you had a bunch of wheels, a nice diesel engine and an ability to drive the thing, maybe $30,000.00?
Sorry, there are no pics of the bathroom.
Living in that thing is gonna hurt in less than one year.
If you had say a camping property and you just wanted to put that thing down so you had somewhere fun to go on weekends, that's fine. But I wouldn't make this my main home. The tiny home thing is really just the human race trying to cope with how the global banks devalued our money and corporatized home ownership into a slavery forever situation.

My gf and I have lived in a 26 foot trailer for 4 years. We moved into her 2 story place to renovate and sell it, and we've decided 1300 sq ft of living place is ridiculous to us. Something the size of the container is probably fine for us, and we'll just end up getting a huge garage.
Do you ever get sick of each other's shit having to live so confined?
Not really. I travel for work and if I'm home I'm mostly outside all day.
you should smell the bathroom when shes on her pereiod

you vill live in ze pod
if you are really really desperate to get out of the rentcuck life, perhaps, the main deal of buying a house is the land it sits on, the property is secondary, that container is just a fancy RV trailer.
Won't you get assraped by the state and local government for building a cuck shed that is not up to code like this?
I would rather live in a tent for 6 months than pay 80 grand for that shit
80 grand is a lot of months of rent
I literally lived in a tent for 6 months because this was the only other option in my country.
It's not fun, but I stick to my decision
Check these out.
>I mean
the zeitgeist of DIY cuck shedding is pretty silly. people spend way too much money on tiny homes and vanlife crap. trailers and rvs are better.
that would be like living in a prison cell.
it would feel like being inside a coffin
looks like the only way in is thru the container doors which the actual door is behind. whats to stop someone from locking you in, or putting a lock on the outside door so you cant get in?
what's to stop people from doing that in your current home? answer is the same, they probably won't and if they do you can climb out a window.
You can get a used mobile home for 10-15k with more room, rooms and bathrooms
yeah but that's a "trashy" trailer not a "classy" "tiny home".
I hope you attack the man selling it with an iron bar
>75k for a fuckin conex box
TOTAL BOOMER DEATH
>74 fat ones
Not saying he's trying to flip it on you, but he be.
I like how they retained the original doors so you can be locked the fuck in from the outside. Nice touch.
Seriously, though, it's the equivalent of a fucking single-wide trailer, and those things are just about worthless.
If you're going to do a container home, for fucks sake please at least make it a 2x2 40 high-cube stack. This way you have reasonable width for beds and couches, and downstairs can be a place to park a car, have a workshop, laundry etc... You can make the lower level windowless and just have louvered vents if you live in a high-melanin area.
