You could get a portable AC and vent it out that window. You could stay at a hotel. Make a friend with AC and crash at their place.
Don't even bother with the meme DIY "air conditioners" that people make out of buckets or styrofoam coolers. They don't do shit.
You can actually make those diy coolers work if you run the copper hosing deep underground instead of a cooler with ice. It's called geothermal cooling. Albeit, in ops case it's probably not the right solution.
