My parents added a brand new """modern""" storage unit to the back of our house.

My parents added a brand new """modern""" storage unit to the back of our house.

It's now an extreme eye sore because it was made with some prefab panels, and really does not fit the look of our house or the scenery at all.

How can I cover the outsides to make it the same texture as the houses wall? Can I put cement mixture directly on the outside of those panels? Paint over it with a really thick paint? Any help is appreciated.

Forgot to mention, there is a 25cm gap from the house to the concrete foundation below. Another thought I had was just to build a whole brick wall that covers that entire side... Seems like overkill though.

get real. your house looks like shit, at least from this angle, and no one but a Kansas City homosexual would even notice the stuff you are wanting to "fix".

Easy: don't. You don't need texture. What you need it the illusion of texture. I.e. relief. Which means shadows.
Snap a photo of your house wall.
Clean it up and send to one of those giant poster printer people.
    Apply to shed wall.
It'll still be wrong, because the shadows won't move with the sun. But it won't be as obviously wrong.

I'm pretty sure this anon posted in the counter top dishwasher thread. He posted about how anons are b***hes for not hand washing dishes. The view out the window he shows is remarkably similar.
Odd that he is calling anons b***hes for buying a counter top dish washer when he still lives at home with his parents.

It might look nice but it's probably full of fat short loud hairy obnoxious greeks. That's probably the local anal beach, where they all go to assrape each other in a gay manner every day, because that's what Greek people do when they're not slumlording or giving you food poisoning in their shitty restaurant

Why are americans so moronic about homes and parents?
I live with my parents in the house my great grandfather built, why would I waste money by living anywhere else?

Because it's nice to have your own space and it's seen as a sign of having made it when owning something nice that's yours here. I love living in a big ass house with just my wife and daughter...

To exist is to ruin the world so KYS or frick off.

Burgers own land and homes for the same reason your grandpappy did, control of land and property thereon which is what makes freedom usable. We can afford it not being impoverished.

When one lives under another man's roof one is their inferior, their slave, subject to their whims. I reject that, earned my prosperity and bought my property that I may be isolated comfortably from those whose company I do not want.

A massive propaganda push starting in the 50s.

I love my family and talk with them and my wife's family very very regularly. Both sides help out whenever there's something to be done, and there are never less than 30 people at a family party. That all said, I don't want to live with them because we make plenty of money to not have to. It's not propaganda, it's just not being poor.

You do know many Americans love their families yet each owns their own property? Why act as if property is magically unattainable? The millions who attain it are proof otherwise.

I think Greece is even way more fricked than the US when it comes to young people buying houses and people moving back in with their parents because they can't afford housing.

It really destroys the ambience of the seating area made from pallets and an old door amongst an array of dried brush and sticks with random plastic bag accents.
You should report your parents to the HOA, and if there isn't one, the police.
