All depends on your situation. I pay 0% as a normal tax "payer", but my foreign passive income isn't taxed. A normal freelancer is usually better off with the small business (which isn't an LLC mind you, it is still personal tax, so don't fuck with your local tax authority on this)

Its going to be hard to underestimate just how demoralized the majority of troops are on the defensive lines. They've been manning them for months without relief, over winter.
even last summer the russians showed that with a little bit of pressure in a region that they aren't prepared to defend they will collapse into a rout. The Ukrainians can't depend on that happening again, but I would personally put money on it.
It also looks like a lot of trenches were cut off from the rest and left for later to deal with.

Special forces aren't endlevel bosses, they have more training and more resources but what makes them special is their ability to PLAN. The most effective way to fight them is to just keep changing. Change where you keep their targets, change your routines, etc, because it fucks with their planning. They are better trained and drilled than regular infantry, but given the nature of their missions even running into local police will result in a mission kill at least. Alpha group was completely wiped out in Kiev.
If you put your operators in a trench like line infantry, they'll probably be more effective, but only so much so. They'll also likely be more demoralized, and they'll probably understand how fucked their situation is better than the average soldier as well.
