The Spider-man movies are consistantly watchable, and Ant-Man is still one of the best Marvel flicks. These movies are at there best when they're not trying to be overdramatic, save-the-universe nonsense.

It will do well because it is Spider-Man but only Hollywood could manage to drain all interest in a character like Spider-Man as they have done with countless other franchises. Just give them time. The final nail will probably be replacing him with Miles Morales in the live-action movies.
