Zoomers unironically believe this, just like ricers back in the day believed Japanese 2 liter 4 cylinders were the only engines that benefited from turbochargers. Metagays generally have a very narrow, shallow, and unsubtle understanding of whatever subject they are metagayging about.
I always love this take. >haha stupid large caliber gay the new technology means that I can perform the SAME as your OLD technology! >adopts new technology >has improved performance >NOOOOOOOOO YOU CAN'T DO THAT!!!!!!!!
9mm is only kept alive due to cost, and trusting your life on "it's cheaper" isn't my cup of tea.
Only know of a few people actually making guns for them.. mostly 10mm revolvers with the cylinder bored out.. one of these days I’m gonna get a converted rhino and spam post it as “my 10mm magnum” converted from 40 s/w just so I can laugh at everyone who wants to jump on it saying 10mm auto isn’t magnum….
It’s also rimless so it should in theory work in a magazine a LOT better than 41 mag.. pretty sure automag originally developed it specifically for that..

With that in mind it’s kind of ironic that the whole reason I think it’s cool is that you could use a revolver chambered in it in 3 calibers…

I’ll probably hand load 10mm magnum, but to be honest I just like the idea of being able to run 40 and 10mm along with 10mmM.. I have a slight obsession with revolvers that run multiple calibers..

I wanna disagree with you and stick up for anon. Multi caliber compatibility is one of the most based things about revolvers, but on the other hand the dubs don't lie.

I’d bet if you run the numbers you’d find that buying 40s/w is probably cheaper than reloading your own 41 magnum rounds down to soft 40 s/w levels…
>9mm is the only caliber to benefit from improved bullet design
Haaaaaaaaaa..........

Not even my final form
>.40 caliber transcendence
Power point…. I like the round but man..400 spreadsheet puts me off.
I didn't know they actually made 1cm Magnums

Fwiw it’s apparently pretty similar to 41 magnum but runs in moonclips and you can still run 40 s/w and 10mm auto in the same gun.
Being able to run stock 10mm Auto out of a 10mm Magnum gun sounds like the only advantage it has over .41 Magnum.

But anyway, that’s just like, your opinion man.
>everything must be min/max and nothing else matters
See this is why your attitudes are insufferable
Daily reminder that there is literally zero empirical evidence that 10mm is any more lethal than 9mm
daily reminder that there is literally tons of empirical evidence that 9mm is the caliber of women and gays.
hmm yes but it is larger and makes a bigger noise, which pleases me greatly
If it kills, it's not obsolete.
