I feel you Anon. I want to do the same thing but in the Carpathians. My plan is to find a ghost town or ghost village that is overgrown and use that as a base of operations. The last place globohomosexual would come knocking is an abandoned village.

I am currently learning how to identify wild edibles, mushrooms mostly and getting into archery (obviously for sport). Trapping is something that I have yet to master (obviously for sport too, trapping is illegal).

I don't know if it's going to work this being Europe, but I'm open to any suggestions from other anons. This is just my two cents on how I am planning on doing it.

I am not a cuck, it's just that my country has a lot of laws about conspiracy to commit really anything, including poaching.

I'm no cuck, I just don't say stupid shit on the internet.

It sounds great until the UN kicks in your door and kills you because you wanted to have a fire at your comfy cottage.

lol. You have obviously never seen an overgrown village, the only things that come there are bears, wolves and foxes. All of which would make for a great meal.

      tl;dr FRICK OFF WERE FULL

Son of a b***h this shits depressing.

Been wanting to get out of Florida, the state has been taken over by New Yorkers, and tourists. There is a new house or suburb popping up everywhere you go. Our gun laws are mediocre at best, and the state is full of Rhinos that aren’t actually pro gun. No open carry unless hunting/fishing/camping. No shooting in WMAs or state/federal forests. A lot of the hiking spots are shitty because private property is scattered everywhere in and around public land. And it's not like you can simply avoid them because of how many private spots there are in some places.

Unless you are really into water related stuff, FL is a shitty PrepHole state. And even if you ignore some of the outdoors and gun related downsides, the real estate market has gone insane, and unless you are willing to spend a few hundred thousand for less than 50 acres with shitty soil in a shitty location, you won’t be able to buy any land.

My hope was to move to Appalachia, or out west. Somewhere where there are good gun laws, and good places to hike, hunt, decent land prices, and a good place to do general outdoors shit. And from what I’ve read here and other places almost every desirable state has been fricked over,

      >Appalachia been fricked by new englanders
      > Idaho, Oregon, Washington been fricked over by Calibros
      >Arizona in the process of being fricked over + no water
      >Florida, Texas, North Carolina (somewhat), fricked over by Calibros and New Yorkers
      >Utah many transplants, and real estate going batshit
      >Wyoming too cold, too windy (good for y'all, maybe that will keep people out)

That's every state on the western half of the US right now. The horde is spilling out of California like evil pours out of Pandora's box. Good luck trying to buy a house these days.

That’s unfortunate. The outflow of people from the big cities is really hurting the entire country.

Same boat, Florida's real estate is insane where I live. Friend of mine spent months just looking for a affordable apartment, and I have no hope of finding something decently rural unless I have a lot of cash.

I’ve lost all hope for FL. Rural FL used to be great, and walking around in the swamps is pretty fun. Sure we never had as good PrepHole activities, and gun laws as other states, but it was still decent. But now that the influx of people has really taken off, the bad outweighs the good.
Most land seems to be overpriced no matter which area of the state you look. Even North FL and the Panhandle are suffering, not as much as South FL, but it’s still bad.

I’ve lost all interest in staying here, and as soon as I can save enough cash, I’ll head elsewhere to take my chances in a flyover state. Even if whichever state that ends up being is facing similar issues and population increases, as long as it's not as bad as FL or TX, it will have to do.

Good luck anon, just don't vote for the same shit that destroyed Cali, and don't try to change the culture of you new area.

Don't most people move out of Appalachia? It's not full.

Appalachia as a defined region has over 26 million people at a density of about 128 people per square mile. It's been full for over a century and is only getting fuller.

Read more. We live in a period of time where there is no excuse to not teach yourself what you want to know. Pick up some books on local plants and wildlife in the region you’re interested in then start going outside and trying to find them. You need to do this for an entire year so you can become familiar with how the seasons can affect what things look like, where they grow, what grows etc.

As far as woodworking, I took some classes at a local community college after work to learn basic carpentry skills and once I got some tools from my dads old shop I downloaded some pdfs on log working in the chance I’d ever wanna try building more permanent shelters. Obviously a cabin is the ideal but you can get away with long term living in much simpler shelters.

You’re never going to do any of this though. It’s a admirable idea but I think it’s a prerequisite for guys in their late teens-20’s to have this “gtfo and go in the woods” fantasy. Honestly move to a rural area, try to find a job and you’d be amazed at some of the communities you can find still spread out in this country where folks are friendly but they’ll leave you the frick alone. But hey if you’re serious like the 1000s of posts here saying the same exact shit then all the best.
    Also buy a gun

the most defective barely verbale dregs of London got sent to the colonies as indentured servants, they escaped or got thrown out by their buyers and they scurried off to the hills, where they spent 200 years keeping their sewage genes pure by repetitive sibling fricking, there's a reason they use them as horror media inspiration.

    0. get money, AKA a job
    1. buy property
    2. move there
    3. develop whats needed over time while living PrepHole

this isn't complicated. for basics you need to bring at least a few weeks of food and good camping gear for while you make a more permanent setup.

just admit you'll never really do it and are larping. it's ok. most people ultimately live really pathetic uninteresting lives. very few people are willing to make the efforts required to achieve even their small goals like owning some innawoods.
