It's 2022. Women have been allowed admittance to the highest echelons of the military for decades. So, why has there still not been a single noteworthy female general?
It's 2022. Women have been allowed admittance to the highest echelons of the military for decades. So, why has there still not been a single noteworthy female general?
>So, why has there still not been a single noteworthy female general?
US hasn't fought a war in decades
Boomers still exist among the higher ups and you really ain't going up unless you fricking.
damn good point
imagine if she ordered you to lie down and then sat on your face haha
>Shadman
I've been posting shadman periodically and everytime someone recognizes it. Even if there is no watermark. You are familiar enough with shadman to recognize his work from all the 6 gorillion other hentai artists out there.
>None of you are innocent.
Shad unfortunately gets posted everywhere, and he does have a very distinct, formulaic art style. Although it is true that I have choked my chicken to a comic of his before, certainly wasn't my proudest fap.
>he threw away a fanbase this big, fun and devoted for some pedo shit
sad
>he threw away a fanbase this big, fun and devoted for the meth junkie tweaker life
Fix'd that for ya. Does anyone know if he's out of jail yet?
both really. He lost a lot of fans and friends after he started drawing real kids taking it up the ass to mock their families, and for good reason. He also admitted several times openly on livestream that he was struggling to suppress his pedo rape instincts. You don't get as good at drawing porn as Shadman and build an entire career of it without...liking your hobby and trade a little TOO much.
>after he started drawing real kids taking it up the ass to mock their families
>He also admitted several times openly on livestream that he was struggling to suppress his pedo rape instincts.
this isn't really that hard to believe bud
also he's been out of jail for a few months, but he's been pretty quiet and not many ppl know what's going on with him or what he's doing.
nah i'm not saying anything i expected something really fricked up going on with that guy
>Eight year olds, Dude.
All that foreshadowing for one crime type, then Ironically gets locked up for weapons-related berserker incident.
Anyone explain this guy's deal for a newbie?
The Osama Bin Laden of rule 34 artists.
Cartoon porn artist that built up a huge fanbase due to his distinct art style and focus on very popular subjects such as the Incredibles, Dexter's lab, teen Titans among many others.
Ended up going full pedo, getting addicted to heroin, and entered a downward spiral. Was arrested last year for assault, currently out on bail, still addicted to heroin.
he has a very recognizable style, coupled with the fact he draws things that a lot of other artists wouldn't
it's no different than a voregay posting karbo pictures on unrelated boards, there will probably be another degenerate around who recognizes the style right away
I love Shadman. His women are so sexy.
Is that Ronon from Stargate: Atlantis?
Wasn’t there a female Soviet field marshal during WWII?
No.
Wikipedia has frick-all, I must have been misremembering something. Apparently the Soviets had women serving as commissars, though
I don't know anything about women officers but they did have women enlisted, mostly in rear-echelon roles but everyone knows the female soviet snipers, and I wouldn't be suprised if some were combat medics. i'd bet money that some got pressed onto the front during sieges and the like just because they want more guns pointed at the nazs, too.
Google night witches. Soviets gave them shit old aircraft because they didn't want to risk their pilots in those flying death traps. The night witches would climb high, turn off the engines, and good down as they did bombing runs.
I'm sure they used women in the frontlines too, especially in Stalingrad and Leningrad. Soviets didn't give a damn about the lives of their people, so long as it slowed the nazi advance.
>thinking mongoloid thugs like Budyonny, Zhukov and Stalin would have even come close to seeing women as marshal material
lol no.
Women in the Red Army were officer's fricktoys and propaganda pieces
Women haven't been allowed in combat roles in many countries until very recently. Morale isn't going to be so high if the troops are being sent on a deathmarch by somebody that hasn't seen some shit.
This shit here.
Of the two I know, one did logistics and the other did some other computer shit having to do with missiles and GPS or geography.
I love when armchair generals sit around and pretend what they say has any meaning compared to an actual active duty member of the military.
The Russo-Ukraine War has validated a lot of armchair generals' belief that they are in fact smarter than most of the men in uniform, unfortunately.
>The Russo-Ukraine War has validated a lot of armchair generals' belief that they are in fact smarter than most of the men in uniform, unfortunately.
This is the first time in a very long time I've broken out into boisterous laughter.
Excuse me while I go find my sides. They seem to have been blown off in the process
>leddit pats itself on the back
I'm so tired of this place.
The generals running the show are exclusively from combat arms/fighter pilots with 25+ years of experience. There's a bunch of female 1 stars with medical/logistics backgrounds but until you have a career driven women with an infantry background that's about as far as they can go.
There is a difference between commanding respect and earning it.
When was the last time anything noteworthy happened?
having women in the military is the biggest power move tbh
also image enemy soldiers refusing to shoot at them lmao magic gyno force field
She looks pretty. I wanna hold her hand while she walks around the base to see the troops. :3
>female general
Do admirals count?
Of course they do
I'll say The funny word so no one else needs to:
>Chud
man for some reason this picture reminded me of that holocaust anime yuri gif
Menopause is a b***h. Causes brain fog and a bunch of psychological and physical issues and lasts for a few years. Hits women 45 to 55.
Hard to be a good general between mood swings, temperature flashes, cluster headaches and brain fog.
There has not been a major war in decades
I know a brigadier general that is a woman in the USMC.
And my dad works at Nintendo. What is your point?
Admiral Grace Hopper is the only one I can think of.
There hasn’t been a single noteworthy general at all in decades. The last general to be a household name in the US for something other than politcal buffoonery or getting caught screwing around was Schwarzkopf in the Gulf War.
>Not mentioning Valeriy
>TFW Heresy
Who was the ukrainian officer who got caught in a gay orgy?
>other than politcal buffoonery
Mattis was known before Trumptards first idolized and then turned on him.
Mattis is surrounded by controversy regarding to war crimes allegations.

Petraeus couldn't control his sex drive.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Petraeus_scandal
>Petraeus
Yeah, I wasn't going to name him.
Didn't know about the accusations against Mattis.
>Petraeus couldn't control his sex drive.
at least it seems like they both had a good time
I'm far more ashamed of former US Generals accused of outright COLLUDING with the fricking RUSSIANS.
>I'm far more ashamed of former US Generals accused of outright COLLUDING with the fricking RUSSIANS.
You and me both.
I couldn't fricking believe it
It really is the ultimate dishonor. I don't care that you're retired, you're still not supposed to do that shit.
Like an earlier anon said, women haven't been allowed in combat roles long enough to become generals. This woman, Linda Bray, would probably be a general if the Army hadn't fricked her over though. She ably led troops in combat, but was denied a CAB and threatened by her superiors because they were in disbelief that a woman could lead. I'm not saying all, or even most female officers are like her but when you meet one that is it's pretty inspiring.
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Linda_L._Bray
Ya'll realize that there have been a bunch of female generals, right? There's like a half dozen currently servinvg. The thing you are missing is that the OP asked for "noteworhy" ones and that's because there just aren't that many of those period.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_active_duty_United_States_four-star_officers
Pretty much this. People know the name of the Chairman Joint Chiefs and whatever generals get nominated to a Cabinet position or lead some executive agency. I don't recognized a single name there other than the Chairman.
Odds are, if we get a female General of international renown, she'll likely be Ukrainian. A lot of officers are going to rise through the ranks, due to battlefield skill.
I just want an officer chick to order me around.
>not cima
go beyond the time my man
She was born to dominate.
>not a single noteworthy female general.
Ummm... excuse u?
Speaking of Generals, why the hell is Krivonos in trouble?

Every successful female military commander in history was a chaotic-evil psychopath who attained power outside of normal military hierarchies, usually because they were royalty.
Artemisia I of Caria, Tomyris of Scythia, St. Olga of Kiev, etc. They were all fricking crazy war criminals who could never have risen through the ranks of a modern military.
Joan?
Not that anon, but...a genuinely mentally ill farm girl who claimed ol' goddy boy visited her? You nuts bro? Shes the definition of not coming from the ranks.
>Every successful female military commander in history was a chaotic-evil psychopath who attained power outside of normal military hierarchies, usually because they were royalty.
Was she chaotic evil psychopath because she said god talked to her? In what way was she a war criminal? What behavior did you engage in that would prevent her from serving in a modern military?
I was more referring to the fact that she was an outsider who just showed up.
Incidentally I'm fairly certain schizophrenia is ground for being dq'd for military service lol, so yeah. She'd never be able to serve in a modern military, much less in the fashion she did in the middle ages.
>I was more referring to the fact that she was an outsider who just showed up.
Then you should have said as much because the post I replied to never mentioned that.
>schizophrenia is ground for being dq
Sure. What indication is there that she had it?
(Think carefully before replying, clearly I am aware of the obvious. Come with an actual good argument.)
I dont really know what to say, lol. God doesn't exist, so he can't talk to you, lmao. moron.
Plenty of modern day generals believe in god. "lmao moron"
Not an argument you fricking twit. Try again.
That's where you're wrong, kiddo.
She was a witch, and consort of the French nobleman Gilles de Rais, who was himself infamous for murdering dozens if not hundreds of children in Satan's name.
You can't get much worse than Joan and her inner circle.
yeah, because the people who captured her definitely totally didn't have a motive for calling her a witch, and she totally wasn't cleared of the accusation and made a saint. totally.
also, what's your evidence on the fact that she was a consort to anyone, period?
Olga wasn’t a military commander and didn’t lead troops in battle and never claimed to otherwise IIRC. She simply became regent after her husband got killed.
And she was absolutely based as frick.
Dunno about the others. In all liklihood they were probably dumb c**ts just like you said.
Makes sense honestly. To become a military commander as a man you would have needed to be skilled or manipulative (or royalty), but to be a general as a woman required something extra, ie. being a nutcase and/or genius. Not to say that there weren't crazy genius male generals, just that there's a selection effect.
What about Agnes Randolph?
I think this image is AI generated. Can't find sauce anywhere and there's quite a few inconsistencies, plus the 512x512 size. That's pretty fun, I need to mess with making some myself.
Pretty sure it's AI Art. It's too perfect, lacking that human touch.
It felt to me like something that would be on some roleplay forum, which is something I've seen a lot of people hyped about AI art for.
My main issue with AI art, besides the lack of anything of imperfection, is the fact it looks like the same artist all the damn time. One uniform style.
You can tell easily by the geometric noise/fuzziness on the soldiers in the background. A lot of AI landscape images have artifacts like that.
Do closet trannies count?
>closet troony
give me a quick rundown

Tip top irony
No
God not existing, which possibly makes Joan a schizophrenic loon, is an argument. Your appeal to authority is not an argument. I accept your consession.
>I accept your consession.
NTA but this shit is always so cringe. You /misc/ tourists are always so bad faith and just out to "win" that you out yourselves. No one wants your ass here.
Women simply don't tend to have military leadership in them. It's hard to tell what exactly that means, but in every test the US has conducted, women always make for lousy Sergeants or whatever. Perhaps men just can't respect female leadership in the same way, and grunts will always be men. Or maybe generals are just really old and we haven't had women in the army for long enough. In theory there's really no reason a woman couldn't be a competent general.

Frick off, you had your chance

WW2 is not modern and none of the shit she is known for is of her as a general.
>Janis Leigh Karpinski (née Beam, born May 25, 1953) is a retired career officer in the United States Army Reserve. She is notable for having commanded the forces that operated Abu Ghraib and other prisons in Iraq in 2003 and 2004, at the time of the scandal related to torture and prisoner abuse. She commanded three prisons in Iraq and the forces that ran them.
>Janis Leigh Karpinski
>general
lol. lmao even
Should we just give free reign to torture prisoners for information?
Most torture is applied by idiots and ineffective. Have professionals who won't be corrupted by personal weakness do the work.
