Is there a reason we don't hear much about the LPR/DPR anymore?

Are they mostly KIA/WIA after almost a year of being used as meat shields or is it an optics thing on the Russian's part since by their logic Luhansk and Donestk are Russia now?

They don't exist? Ukraine says they are Ukrainian and the Russians say they annexed them, so either they're Ukrainian or Russian Donbabwe and Luganda are dead "nations".

They also never existed. The MH17 lawsuit pretty much established that the "Rebels" from day 1 were just Russian military PRETENDING to be Rebels.

Most talk in Europe of the "Separatists" in the media stopped after the lawsuit, because there was no more reason to be cautious on the side of error... Russian military or separatists doesn't matter. They have always been one and the same.

Russian knees constantly refer to them as LPR and DPR. Not even Russians believe the annexation story.

russians managed to take areas that are as populous as the Baltics (Donbabe population before 2014: about 4 million) and make every single male charge fortified positions for cannon fodder or execute anyone they found hiding for "treason", they also took most females back to russia as "refugees". The donbawbian genocide was real, it was however performed by the russians.
I wonder where hentai artist anon from Donetsk ended up, if he's lucky he is chilling in an ukrainian POW camp

whenever the russians accuse you of something you just need to reverse it and apply it to the russians to realize the truth.
russians accuse you of warmongering? russia is the warmonger.
russians accuse you of being a dying country with no future? russia is the dying country with no future
russia claims to be the bastion of trad white christianity? lol just look up the russian statistics for abortion, church attendance and hiv.

To be fair, it wasn't real at the time

Aldo, I take issue with the fact that people say that Russia doesn't keep its words and betrays all promises. They keep their promises, but only if its a promise of misery and suffering.

They are still in use and are centred around Donetsk and are in a rather inactive stretch of the front line. There has been minor gains, minor losses, minor repulsions and a few minor advancements but right now they just aren't doing too much.

They're still around but their losses were massive in the first months.
