If they've been involuntarily committed, it's against the law. If not, and their self-harm is teenage drama, then it's fine. The last thing they'll do is shoot themselves because that's obviously final and they want attention, not to actually die.

luck is not a thing. you're just an impulsive little b***h who overreacts to everything. and yes, it's safe for you to own a gun. drama queens generally don't anhero and even if they do, it's for the best.

BDP is the female and transgender version of autism for males. They will give themselves false diagnoses and use it as an excuse to explain why they act like a c**t just like how some men will use autism as an excuse to act like wiener sucking homosexual buttholes.

If you've dealt with BPD you'll understand that calling them human is a bit of a generous stretch. Most other mental diseases are ones that are internally focused but with limited external application. Yeah, a depressed person will impact you but in an indirect fashion. BPD is focused more on your relationship with others (does have some internal factors like distorted self image), and it's so incredibly caustic that there's no dealing with someone with it.

If they seeking help and really benefitting from it then sure, stick it out. Otherwise imagine the most stereotypically sexist and bigoted imagination of an evil woman. Then make it real. And add a bit more to it. That's BPD.

BPDs are like sociopaths that have zero chill. They will accuse you of raping children because they get bored, they are not evil like the way a person who chooses to commit heinous acts, they are just naturally evil.

Borderline personality is unique in that it is heavily associated with a lack of stable or consistent sense of identity or self image. A person with BPD usually has difficulty maintaining an independent image of who they are as a person, put them in a room alone and they have no idea who they are, put them with someone else and they will use that person to define their entire self-image, and try to use them as a map to create themselves. Their self-identity only exists in a mirror, they can only define themselves through external relationships. They are absolutely terrified of being alone.

Since so much of their self identity is defined solely by a specific relationships, both positive and negative, small changes in these relationships can have outsized effects on their mood and personality, and any threat to the relationships no matter how small is treated as a threat to their very sense of self. Because it is.

This is kind of behavior is obviously toxic and self destructive, and so BPD creates a cycle as these people gradually destroy their relationships and then continually seek out new ones to slake the empty gnawing hole at the center of them.

Self destructive behavior combined with an inability to define one's self outside of interpersonal relationships and an inability to understand social nuance.

BPD girls will fall head over heels for you and you both will have the deepest most amazing connection you ever had but then they'll go into the self-hate part of the cycle and then actually hate you for loving them and tear everything apart, then feel insanely guilty and try to get back with you just to do it all over again

If you've recovered and are a different person now, of course it's fine. If you're still depressed or whatever, then you should probably keep weapons out of arm's reach. It's not uncommon for gun owners going through tough times to store firearms at relatives' houses so that a bad night doesn't become their final night.

If you're a schizo or something, frick no, stay away from guns

Sure why not? But if you do ACKyourself just make sure you don’t use a gun and contribute to gun death statistics.

I attempted suicide nearly a decade ago via pills and I'm not even sure if I can legally own guns. Not stopping me from still having a few, but I don't know if I can actually get more.
