        Mockup of *what* though? None of the proportions makes sense. It's neither anywhere close to being aerodynamically feasible nor does it perform the PR role of 'cool concept plane'. This thing accomplishes nothing at all except make them look like fools. My guess is that corruption is involved; they had to show something, anything at all and this is the only thing they could cook up quickly
