im planning on doing a trip across the country, can PrepHole recommend an RV that is reliable and give me minimal problems and wont break the bank?
i already asked PrepHole and they only care about motorcycles and race cars.

Yes I can….don’t buy one
why not?
>an RV that is reliable and give me minimal problems and wont break the bank?
doesnt exist.
Is it just you?
Get a van
Pic related is built like a tank and lasts forever
RVs are made with particle board and have terrible wiring
Also , rent if you are only doing one trip
its me and 3 other people. This way someone is always driving and we can do the trip fast
That sounds like a horrible trip if the RV is moving so much
I do road trips all the time but I take months to do a long one.
I dont like to drive more than 4hrs a day becuase then all your memories are just monotonous driving
Also , east of the rockies absolutely sucks for this type of camping
also what vehicle is that ?
Your stupid have a nice day first
Its a VW Westfalia but its too small for 4 people even though it does actually sleep two couples at once if parked
forgot pic
It has an upstairs and downstairs bed
fridge and stove

Pick ONE.
There are no reliable or well built rvs until you get into tour bus sizes. They're all hack jobs.
There are some pretty nice 4x4 sprinters that are not hack jobs but the do cost 200k
Those tour bus ones still have problems but my brother bought one and they gave him 6 months to warranty any problems and he found about a dozen, mostly small though. I agree that a can would be the easiest solution, but if you get a trailer make sure it's one of those molded ones that doesn't have sheet metal screws everywhere. See pic.
Any of the Econoline chassis with diesel instead of gas.
If you find one with a triton gas engine, you need to have your wife/a friend watch the exhaust when you start the engine.
If there's a large white cloud that means the head gaskets are leaky.
Then you need to let it idle down (if it doesn't, leave) and then smell the exhaust
If it's really bad, the piston rings are bad/broken
Some of the 99-07 tritons are bulletproof but a lot have shit rings that made all the bad hype around them
The 08-whenever tritons had even more issues with timing chain, spark plug bs (beyond the ejection problem in the older ones) there are good ones around though, you just need to listen, watch, wait and smell
The GM van ones with the 6.0 gas are usually pretty good, I just see significantly fewer around
This guy gets it. Get a, extended white van and put mattresses in it. Get magnetic signs that say "ramirez plumbing" or "martinez roofing" to put on the sides for extra invisibility.
Buy a hippie van, or whatever is comparable today. There's more than enough room in the back for passengers and supplies to move around. Strap a tent and a few sleeping bags to the top and every night you either huddle together in the van or half of you sleep in the tent and alternate. You could probrably even rent one if you try.
Rvs and travel trailers will never be a good investment unless you spend enough money to get one not made of paper and you intend to use it for a long time. They have shit resale and repaorability.
>RV
>reliable
Top kek. Even top of the line Airstreams are still pieces of shit, the only difference is that they don't leak that much.
airstream basecamp
I'd probably just buy a caravan rather than having to insure and maintain another vehicle..
I called the cops on some van life homosexuals that were squatting in a parking lot.
5th wheel
wait for warm temperatures and just rent a van until you're done being a moron.
