I'm not that far off myself, I'd kind of like to see if I can pick up a property in Crimea after liberation, they might be kind of cheap but the downside is that the population will probably still be Russian even after de-colonisation and if you buy from a Russian leaving town, you can't be sure that Ukraine will recognise the deed.
