the US is already the second largest army in the world without the draft
but its the most mechanized army with the largest airlift capability in the world, meaning it needs way less men to hold the same amount of ground
the russians would need to be literally resorting to cannibalism before the US even got close to needing conscripts
Numbers and fancy toys aren't a guarantee that you'll win a war. History is full of examples of small, poor countries beating larger ones.

And the answer is that it would never resort to that because it simultaneously has one of the largest standing armies and one of the most efficient armies due to the use of technology to offset the need for manpower
A war would be over long before the US is even close to running short of manpower, since a war that could inflict that kind of damage to the US means several times that damage to a country with even less capacity to replace them

At this point Russia has so thoroughly neutered itself it's questionable exactly what they'd be able to do in a conventional war scenario that couldn't be crushed by existing NATO forces. The technological and size disparity between the USA and various Middle Eastern forces mean that any sort of organized, large-scale offensive capabilities on their part could realistically be broken within a few months, but the question really is what exactly is America doing in the ME in this scenario. A conflict with China would be primarily an air and naval campaign since there is little reason to actually put boots on the ground except in very limited circumstances.
