You're not going to PrepHole a set of documents. Every government has every citizen on record and the moment you try to cross a border they will notice your passport belongs to a person who doesn't exist.

They might have closed this loophole by now anon, but if you were really interested, legally change name to an Italian name, get a place at university in Campione, an Italian commune in Switzerland that's still Italy, register your address as a student and apply for a national ID card, ID card are handed out to Campione residents after 3 years, while you are learning your new trade. Italianise your name, learn Italian, get ID, ID opens you up to Italy itself and an Italian passport. EU Passport, new name, new trade, used to cost 20k back in the day, but it's a viable EU passport. Only other way I know how to do this is for stealth banking passports and I doubt you want a Nigerian or Ugandan passport.
