I want to completely block the sunlight from a window like this.

I want to completely block the sunlight from a window like this. I'm tired of taping alluminium paper against it every summer.

Any cheap ways to achieve it?

Also a bonus, a mosquito net would help a lot.

There are systems with vacuum-suction cups. Preferably from the outside, but also works from the inside.

If you have Velux windows, there are some cheaper clones of their roller blinds on Amazon. I bought some from "LZQ", they didn't fit perfectly and I 3d printed my own (I could have also just shortened them a bit with a file) but apart from that they're great.

Blackout curtains truly work and mine are great. The angle your windows are at is really fricky but a way around it may be getting a second bar to hold the bottom. It is not ideal but may be your best option.
