I know this is a stupid question. Is there anything someone should know before buying the glock 19 as their first firearm? (let’s put that aside that it’s a meme gun for this thread please).
I know this is a stupid question. Is there anything someone should know before buying the glock 19 as their first firearm? (let’s put that aside that it’s a meme gun for this thread please).
shoot it, at least 1k before you fall for memes and start swapping parts out.
only things you need to buy are more mags
oem mags
and some kind of holster if you intend to carry
is there anything that isn’t swappable on a glock that I couldn’t change my mind about later?
Thank you I know nothing.
literally everything is swappable on a glock. My glock 19 is made entirely out of non glock parts
have you reassembled the original parts into Theseus glock?
You can make an entire gen 3 Glock out of aftermarket parts, including the frame, if you were so inclined
I would swap the plastic sights out if you’re going to practice regularly. Mine started walking off inside of 1k rounds. i replaced them with blacked out Ameriglo sights with thread locker and milled out the slide for an RMR afterwards. No problems since
Only replace the barrel if you want to get a suppressor or plan to shoot solid lead bullets
A good weapon light is highly recommended
Everything else you can leave stock. Even the trigger gets decent after enough rounds
Alternatively, you can get a S&W and never need to replace anything
Grip angle is the only thing you can't realistically swap without it no longer being a Glock.
Dont swap anything on it at least starting out. I wouldn't bother until you've been shooting for awhile and have experience with more guns. There's no point in swapping stuff out until you have the skillset and experience to even know if what you are doing is having a positive effect on your shooting. Most mods have a negligible real benefit to your groups. The most important thing is learning good fundamentals and putting in quality practice time. When you feel like the glock is holding you back I would first get a better gun before modifying the glock. You can try before you buy and you run the risk of ruining your glock rather than making it better. Once you are ready to get into modifying guns, and you'll know when you're ready, then Glocks aren't a bad first choice. They have good aftermarket support and parts tend to be cheaper than other guns aftermarket.
Nah man, Glock is a great first gun, it's a great last gun too if you catch my drift.
Thank you, anons. Praise kek.
OEM mags are expensive, and NEVER trust your life on aftermarket mags.
And with gen5 the "mos" will require adapter plates for most optics, so i you want to sit the red dot as low as possible (direct to slide) you usually can't. or just get the stock slide milled and save the extra money for more mags.
But all in all the glock 19 is the best starter gun for anyone because it can be cc'd duty carried and its fun and easy for range use, also pretty reliable and highly customizable
My first handgun was a Sig spc 2009, how did i do?
i have a 19 and i'd probably get a 48 or 43x with the shield mags if i did it again.
Great thing about ai-generated images in OP's particular genre is that a fair bit of them are made by kinky Asians themselves <3
I don't understand how this image can be so lust provoking.
This one, a little more obvious.
Anyway,
>What to know before buying first gun
Learn safe handling.
Learn local gun laws about self defense, carry and transport.
Understand that under stress, people fall to their base level of training. They do not rise to the occasion. If you ever need to use your gun. You will be exactly as good as your bottom/base level of training/muscle memory and no better.
polyhomosexualery is a bad choice in most cases but i can see the pluses of a white m/f + asian sub girl
just lovebomb the submissive every once in a while, chastity belt stays on tho
once you get a glock it becomes extremely difficult to justify buying any other handgun.
Maybe get a GSSF membership coupon for discount Blue label prices.
Check out the Glock 45/19x for the extra capacity and longer grip.
Best upgrade for a stock Glock are Glock night sights or Trijicon sights.
>extra capacity
just put a bigger magazine in it moron
Glock 45 is sold with 17 round mags
Glock 19 is sold with 15 round mags
OP hasn’t bought the gun yet
Frick off
>sold with
buying the gun because of the size of the 15$ magazine it comes with is moronic. u are a moron. do not reply to me again.
Schizo-anon
>G19 doesn't accept G17 mags
You're moronic.
>Check out the Glock 45/19x for the extra capacity and longer grip
dont do this. you can use any mag 15 round and up in the 19
Full size grip is more comfortable but harder to conceal
whats up with the asian sub lezdom
being forced by the hair to eat out blond pussy is ancient chinese medicine 1000 years old
That's my fetish
asian women literally made to be perfect submissives
This is true and based
Same, something feels so right about this
No idea
where is this from? it looks /k/ related
it's AI generated slop.
Oh, not a movie then. I keep forgetting it's 2024.
On the other hand that means they could be generated with guns too, or that scene set inside a tank.
An anon posted an entire thread on /misc/.
They are the first pieces of ai art that I was intrigued by, so I saved the ones I like.
Unfortunately, real life artists are forbidden by world governments from making ACTUAL subversive art.
Thanks for the info, frens.
You've got a link to that thread? Seems interesting.
The "sex ed" ones in the classroom had the bonus of being extra-hilarious,
Especially coupled with the original poster and others adding commentary like, "THIS IS FOR THE EMPEROOOR!" and birthrate-related bantz. So fukkin shameless XD
GIVE ARCHIVE THREAD NOW Black folk
I found some stuff, still don't see a "sex ed" thread.
this is so hot damn i dont why but white on japanese lesdom just tickles me the right way
i want more
bump for more
Bump again. What is the generator for these?
He claimed he got it off some /misc/ thread so he probably doesn't know unfortunately. The generator name alone would be useful. Still if you asked some fat/g/uys they'd probably have the answer more than anyone here.
exactly this
I searched the archive for the relative words here, and there were SOME good results across time, but no singular thread full of them.
Alright you petulant bums,
The /misc/ source material is long since 404'd, obviously. The original thread is from a week ago, and you know how heavily /misc/ is spammed.
I'm not going to post the classroom set because the rest of it is too explicit. But I will link you to the source of the street leashing.

You're welcome. Bear in mind like half the output pics aren't hot.

You are so new and adorable that I want to do things to you. And by that I mean I want to teach you not to be such a newbie shitter, like holy shit don't be so gay. It's spoonfeeding time.

this is a psyop from horny asian chicks wanting to be cucked by euro girls
Getting dommed and toyed woth while the sexy European guy and girl go at it? Hot.
the fate of white fever asian girls
they should get a hitachi wand session every once in a while as a treat
Ah, they can be nice. It's the black women that are entitled and snotty, especially these days
Incredibly hot. Seriously, what keywords/generator are you using?
these couple images made me want to enter a polygamous relation with an asian girl as a submissive toy
I thought I had the link, but I can't find it.
here, there was black girl stuff too.
White women are alpha females
And the cope by others, that whites aren't, is hilarious.
Even better. Tired of the cult of worship around 'gros.

I can feel the ban coming.
ngl i could watch blonde girls domme slant eye chicks and sheboons for hours
Same. Beautifully erotic
Black women should be exclusively fricked in the butt by whites and Asiatics. No normal sex, that might make them think they're a peer in the realm of receiving pleasure, when they should seek it in taboo humiliation.
>butt
no, they have those massive vaccum lips for a reason
Yes, being ball-gagged so they stop their squawking.
>I thought I had the link, but I can't find it.
Bullshit

Seriously, make Ms Ching Chong ride it 'till she goes round-eyed
I do not come here for erections.
One end of the gun has a big rectangular hole. That's where the bullets go in.
The other end has a smaller round hole. That's where the bullets come out.
>Is there anything someone should know before buying the glock 19 as their first firearm? (let’s put that aside that it’s a meme gun for this thread please).
The Glock 19 is dead simple and a common first firearm. You don't really need to know anything in particular about it.
Assuming you have no prior experience with firearms you should watch a few videos on using guns safely, shooting properly, and how to maintain and disassemble your glock. You should also consider taking a CCW class even if you do not plan to CC.
Mmm, very poor choice of lust-provoking image. As a mid-20s virgin (actually not ugly, just in the middle of bad life choices I'm fixing, loser to be made fun of though), I will admit you've got me fantasizing about a strap-on coming out next.
Its a dangerous design, don't carry it with a round chambered EVER
Anyone else have something to say about this? Or could anon please explain further?
boomer lore. old people distrust striker-fired pistols for some reason. it's not a problem.
A striker fired pistol behaves very similarly to a single action. The argument is that striker fired guns should have safeties.
I’ll keep it brief because phone posting, but I agree with it. If you train with any regularity (15m of dry fire a week is enough). You’ll have no problem automatically disengaging a manual safety when bringing the gun up to fire (the main criticism of manual safeties on pistols).
This video probably explains most of this better, although he argues for double action.
Also something I like to point out is that basically all long guns, including the AR-15, have manual safeties and the argument of
>you’ll forget to disengage the safety!
never comes up when discussing long guns for defensive use.
Also another video by Masada Ayoob, although IIRC it’s more targeted for police use.
Long gun isn't being unholstered and fired within a quarter second, which is why the safety on them is less of a concern. It's also more important for them to have them since you aren't running around with a holster on your AR's trigger guard which prevents the trigger from being engaged.
>Long gun isn't being unholstered and fired within a quarter second
Find anyone who advocates running around with the safety off as opposed to not disengaging the safety until bringing the gun up to fire.
>long guns don’t stay in a holster
The holster isn’t 100% reliable. Stuff can get into them, leather can roll and retention screws can back out of kydex ones. Aside the fact holsters will do nothing to prevent your finger (or something else) from being on the trigger while holstering or drawing.
A manual safety only requires adding a thumb swipe to your draw stroke. You can practice this in dry fire, so IMO there’s zero reason to not have a safety on a striker fired gun, assuming you use the safety as intended when practicing (dry or live fire).
If you can't understand the difference between having the gun in a ready position and flicking the thumb selector in the moment vs having to go through the entire motion of establishing your grip, drawing, acquiring your sights, and firing, I don't know what to say to you. The former is much easier to be reproducible on.
As to holsters, the failure rate for them is fricking negligible, especially with the modern Kydex holsters that people use instead of the leather ones which are recognized as unsafe. If the screws aren't secured like a properly built holster is, even then you'll notice that something is wrong because the holster won't have the positive retention click when you push it in. You also no longer have the safety to prevent you from ND'ing on the draw the moment you sweep it off, and requires you training on how get the appropriate grip for that process and then gripping the firearm itself for firing instead of just training to get a reliable grip from the start, which can be dangerous since you're now rushing to get your booger hook onto the bang switch.
It's ultimately a personal preference thing, but drawing parallels with long guns is fricking moronic because the manual of arms and usage is so completely different, and the fact that you have to go to the argument of Kydex holsters spontaneously falling apart should tell you how moronic your argument is.
Dude I assure you, if you can walk and chew gum at the same time, you can learn to always disengage a manual safety. The army used the 1911 for decades without issue and manual safeties were the norm until Glock memes everyone into
>well it actually has 3 safeties so it’s very safe!
Also NDs continue to happen even in competition, so thinking you’re immune from doing one is ridiculous.
>inb4 hurr revolvers don’t have manual safeties
yes because they’re double action, but automatics before glocks were generally SA with manual safety or DA
Also just ask if anyone would carry a wienered single action with the safety off, but add an additional 2 lbs of trigger pull and it’s totally safe bro.
Appealing to the military with sidearms is equally as moronic as appealing to long guns. The Army could have been using fricking blackpowder pirate pistols and nothing would have appreciably changed because people don't use handguns for shooting, but if you really want to look at what the US mil uses, let's take a look at how SOCOM moved to the safetyless Glock, and General Scott Miller moved from a 1911 to a Roland special Glock.
Ultimately, it's a personal choice and the fact that you go so thoroughly blown the frick out about comparing it to long arms, which is where I felt a need to point out your stupidity, that you're now devolving into generic train harder arguments means that we're done here because you've realized what a brain dead fricking argument that was.
Gen 3 is said to be the cool gen but it’s kinda turd handling compared to other gen’s and rival handguns.
Yes.
The 4 universal laws of firearm safety.
And you should know that that isn't a stupid question. But that leads me to suspect that you don't know the 4 universal laws of firearm safety.
I do not. I will take a gun safety course.
when it comes to a handgun of that size, then it's basically a fight between
>Glock 19 Gen 5
>S&W M&P 2.0
both have good triggers (the bad triggers from older M&Ps are gone)
both are basically identical in length and height
Glock has better aftermarket
M&P performs better than any other pistol in wet, mud, and ice
I would say it's down to preference
either way what you choose won't have been a bad choice
they'll both be capable of more than you'll ever possibly need them to
it’s good to defend yourself and to kill people so yes good choice
I guess I'll add actual advice to you, OP, instead of just ribbing off submissive azn pron. (here's a tame one from the classroom batch)
GLOCK SLIDE BITE
If you're getting a Glock, be mindful of the slide's ability to easily "bite" the web between your thumb and index finger. Gotta have proper grip position with your hand.
I’ve had this happen to me before when shooting the glock 19 and quickly taught myself to grip it in a way where that wouldn’t happen again. Though, this is something I will learn when taking a safety course. Thank you.
Mainly I am curious about the glock 19 as far as any available options for a stock weapon that would be advantageous to buy from the beginning.
Sex
Here's what's gonna happen. You're gonna buy the 19. Then you're gonna decide you want something smaller. Then you're gonna decide you want something bigger. Then you're gonna decide you want something thinner. Then you're gonna decide you want something thicker.
Then you're gonna go back to the 19.
After that, you're gonna decide you want to modify it. You'll add all manner of new parts and doo-dads, run it all Guccid up for a couple years, and then finally it'll hit you: you want to go back to stock.
You'll undo all your modifications, and by that point you'll have a wife and kids, protecting them with a bone stock Glock 19.
Its a fun journey. Enjoy it. But be ready to spend some money and learn new things.
I know cuz that's what happened to me. Godspeed anon. Enjoy your Glock
all femsubs must wear chasity belts
One
>is your situation so dire that you need a capable gun or you can only afford to keep one gun at the moment and the 19 is the best choice for you?
Two
>if yes, I understand, just buy some mags, night sights, a light, and ammo, the rest be damned.
>if no, why not buy a Mark IV or 10/22 first before getting a Glock 19 to learn shooting fundamentals?
Also that pic is dumb, they should team up to pleasure a white guy lmao
Hardly a meme gun
Its just basic but has a gay cult
The gun is better than you. Shoot it, get good, have fun, don’t be a gucci glock gay
hammer based striker cringe
these b***hes are lowborn.
water is wet
That one is gross. Fried-out, druggie bawds.
It's now known to be a jammy piece of shit due to hundreds of police shooting videos where it jams. The M&P is the second most popular plasticshit, does extremely well in torture tests and police videos. Just get that and shut up. It's still a fricking plastic gun, idk what you consoomers really expect out of it.
Mine has never jammed on me even when I try to limp wrist one handed, about 3k rounds. It did jam once when a buddy had his thumb behind the slide which took off a chunk of skin and caused a stove pipe
At least from what I’ve heard from people who teach classes, most Glock malfunctions are the result of aftermarket parts. From what I’ve heard stock flicks are still one of the most reliable guns on the market.
most Glock malfunctions I've seen were from limp wristing
>femdom, lesbian action of any kind

Perhaps I treated sloppa too harshly.
femdom and lezdom are the greatest fetishes
Maledom, gentle femdom, and lezdom.
Seeing a woman run around trying to act nasty towards a guy is both not hot and laughable.

ugly asian on this one
The asiaticier the better

Yeah, looks like she has fangs...and not even the "sexy vampiress" type
All women are ugly when they're angry.
some are nicer than others
It's not whites who are acting aggressive towards Asians, anon.
as a matter of fact this thread proves that an asian sub girl is a very desirable societal role
only because there aren't any more white subs
delusional
Whites are alphas, fifth columnist ~~*leaders*~~ aside.
white women are and should be better than that
scarlet johanson would never do that
Foot fetishists are really strange. Not disgusting, it's just strange and completely nonsexual. Get your foot out of the way, lmao.
I feel the same way about vegana and butthole fetishists
I agree on the butthole thing, but veganas are inherently sexual; penis goes in there and that's where the babies come out
The revolutionary idea of preparing for anal sex has never occurred to people who are against it. It's very hot, and actually feels great if you like it. You love it or hate it.
It isn't sex. Do what you want, but you aren't going to father children by sticking it up the ass. It is a fetish just like grandma porn or sex with trannies.
That literally only means PIV, man. Stop with your hand job and blowjob fetishes, why don't you? No babies that way
hand job or blowjob is just masturbation with a partner. This is why birth rates are falling.
Yes, there are several things you should know:
-the CZ P-10C is both better and cheaper
-the Beretta APX is both better and cheaper
-the Walther PDP is better and in the same price range
-the Smith & Wesson M&P 2.0 is better and cheaper
There is nothing wrong with a Glock, per se… unless you have the option of getting any other modern 9mm handgun from a reputable manufacturer. Reliability is the basic foundation of what makes a gun halfway decent, not the sole characteristic that defines what a good gun should be.
The grip is tiny and you'll have no spot for your pinky if you have burly man hands
>6'4"
>L sized hands
>Pinky does not hang off G19
Uh, I think that's more of a you problem instead of a common issue Mr. Sasquatch
look at this guy he wears size L(ittle) gloves.
Point is guns vary and you need to fit your hand. The Glock 19 is about 3" from the bottom of the beaver tail to the base of the grip. The average man has a palm 3.3" and the average woman has 2.9". The G19 is a little small for the average male hand. An average guy who isn't carrying concealed would be fit better by a full size grip like the G17. A Sasquatch like me can get better fit by adding extended baseplates or an extended mag well (depending on profile). The versions with no finger grooves are more flexible in comfortable shooting with mismatched hand size.
I’m a medium glove handlet and the g19 is perfect. 8x6 and very thick penis.
>big dick, little hands
winning at life
Women seem to like the whole my pinky is bigger than her middle finger bit though.
women like to feel small and dominated? no way
Most women...thankfully not all. Getting dommed is hot as frick.
>Getting dommed is hot
true but monogamy only
What if it's with other women and you're the only male
Anon, even if she is domming some barely legal teen to make her perform for your pleasure, it's still not going to lead to anything good in terms of a long term wholesome existence.
Say what you will but the people that get looked up to are morally virtuous and humble.
while really hot i honestly doubt that any poly thing can work out long term if you are just messing around with a lady a she has a bi threesome fetish then yeah fine whatever but it will lead to jealousy with somebody sooner or later
tbh being tied up and in chastity while your girls go at each other or you have to service them first is hot af
it never does, I knew an actual polygamous trio and they broke up in like a year maybe
the proper question here is why isn't it ME the one
>domming some barely legal teen to make her perform for her pleasure
>it never does, I knew an actual polygamous trio and they broke up in like a year maybe
unsurprising imo poly only works as a short term FWB arrangement, when the horny wears off its over
>domming some barely legal teen
cougar predators
>it it’s a meme gun
Yeah, thats why literally every LE agency and military uses it. You're too moronic for guns, don't buy one.
don't tread on me, anon.
>square man jaw
in this case its fairly subtle she looks like she could be a model irl
it's probably based off Keira Knightley, Lily James or Daisy Ridley, they all have sharp chins
>probably based off Keira Knightley
>flatter than a machinist's surface plate
Keira Knightley confirmed.
Knightley and Ridley both have that problem
>probably the Norman genes
but James has some decent curves
and a particularly nice ass
i kinda like that square jaw
just like prominent cheekbones, they add personality, but the sharp chins these beauties have reduce the man-jaw effect which you'd see more often on normal women
What a bizarre thread
I've only heard glowing recommendations for it. The only thing I would think is important is that it uses a copper grease for lubricant rather than a wet type if you clean it, and ergonomics is a meme but if a gun is too small to fit your hands it makes it harder to shoot. There were a few years there where people bought glocks too small and then modified their mags to be the size of the next step up gun because they want the option to have it smaller if they have to. I've never really heard anything bad about it just great recommendations and praise. All my other guns tend to want to be oiled with something else. If I had a garage and a collection of grease and oil it'd maybe be a different story.
Glock 19 absolutely does not require grease.
They use copper colored grease from the factory but I believe it's just for visual inspection and shows the gun is new.
A Glock 19 will last forever and run great with just a few drops of oil per cleaning, 1 drop on each rail and one on the barrel.
Some guns really should be lubed with quality grease instead of oil but those are primarily the steel slide on aluminum frame guns like the p226.
I didn't read the rest of your post.
Glock 19 is great because its' simple, reliable and has a robust aftermarket including holsters and cheap mags. It's great to figure out what you like about guns, what accessories/features you value and what type of holsters you ultimately prefer.
The only downside is that the grip may or may not fit your hand well. If the grip size ideal and you don't compensate for it properly (which is hard) you can get various errors such as squeezing or palming and if the length of trigger pull isn't ideal, you'll need to figure out the right amount of trigger finger to sink. Point is that while the Glock 19, generically speaking, is the ideal first gun, there's no way to know if it's the best choice for you personally. It may or may not challenge your fundamentals more than other options.
You also need to decide if not having a safety matters to you. Personally, I don't like safeties on weapons I keep in a holster. The holster is the safety.
