Don’t go, bro. Shrinks rarely help with “depression” because it’s almost always your circumstances that get you down. Do your best to improve yourself and your circumstances and I guarantee you that you’ll feel better. Prescription meds are not what you need, and most meds have horrible side effects that worsen depression.
Psychs are literally useless if you have genuine problems that go beyond “Becky has a better purse than me” or “my b***h wife cheated”. And a lot of those problems likely stem from how gay and moronic society at large is, which cannot be solved by any meds that are not uppers, and even that is only temporary and doesn’t fix the core issues.
