I have an entire stock of incandescent that I’ve been buying throughout the years.
I’ve calculated that I can save half and replace each bulb for approximately 20 years as they burn out.
I might sell the rest. Is there a market for them?

hot tip. throw them all away now.
No? incandescent Glow is superior to anything
and led coolness, indestructibility, power consumption, and versatility is superior.
Never thought I’d see shills on PrepHole
Heat is a boon a good chunk of the year especially in desk lamps

no... those electrolytic caps aren't fresh
just mean they're made of plastic instead of glass.
Anyone ever fix led bulbs with better caps to make them last damn near forever? Id think it would be a simple thing for an electronics savvy guy to do. All i know is led bulbs don't last like they claim they should...

Yes, but also no - you're playing around with something small that's plugged into mains voltage in a tight space.
>All i know is led bulbs don't last like they claim they should...
Yes. LED bulbs are a scam.
I too have a boat to lifetimes worth.. actually probably more of incandescent bulbs that I bought for next to nothing on clear out. But note I live in Canada.
Incandescent bulbs only in the bedroom ... And during our cold Winters I like to put them in the other rooms that we spend and the amount of time and to help heat up the rooms and make them more cozy. I was walking to a warm colored LED during the summer when we have the AC running.

Oven bulbs.
> use them to raise animals and sell those animals. but you'll lose more money paying the electric bill.
> make some footage of bulbs falling and breaking in slow motion and try to sell it online. then sell the sound effects too.
> strip the aluminum and sell it for pennies.
> sell them on Amazon as smart incandescent bulbs, minimum order of 10, then cash the money and change your address.
> dunk them in colored dye. use them as studio lights.
> sell them as photography equipment on craigslist. photo a-holes are used to paying $2000 for basic shit so they won't question your pricing.
> sell them with absolute honesty on amazon as "used incandescent bulbs".
