Would also love a game that goes hard on the suit side of power armour. Only game that gave me the somewhat feel of that is ExoCorps, and thats an Arena shooter that still won't come close to the goofy shit that Starship Troopers suits can pull.
Fencer from EDF is pretty decent. The mobility is not as good as MI but you still fly better than the class with an actual jetpack.
But the weapons is where it really shines like SST. Getting four different weapons with two usable at any given time. They range from full auto shotguns, vertical launch missiles, canister artillery, mortars, metal boxing gloves, flame throwers. The list is pretty impressive.
Flying around a battle field locking onto targets to unleash a rocket barrage and when you land you ship out your massive 120mm sniper cannon and snipe an aliens head off before leaping away to smash giant ants with your turbo power fist.

Summer, they pushed it back because they presumably didn't want to compete with Helldivers. Seeing as the games play very similarly, this was probably a wise decision.

I never understood why L4D was so popular honestly. The gunplay was fricking dogshit, like I don't usually care but holy shit, and the missions were like "gather ten cans of gas to start a car"

You have to remember the times. This was Xbox Live being like the first widespread play-with-other-people without sitting in the same room. And you could actually download games straight to your damn console instead of hemming and hawwing about $60 or going to Blockbuster to rent it for 10.
I had more fun in the free demo of that game where they gave you the first level than a lot of games now. You had a cadre of folk who'd played that one level so much that we do it on expert, and it's always new since it spawned the zombos dynamically. Oh shit, there's a witch here. Tank here? I think it was more of a social thing, but being made by Valve means it always is rock solid. Look at how Half Life, Counter Strike, and Team Fortress held up.
There's too much slack and faffing about in the corp. I think reductions in salary, leave time and other perks would be useful to bring the troops back in line, fresh and motivated for what really counts: Super Earth.
