It is very stealthy. Not by stealth technology. But by less than 1 of these even existing for every hundred "competitor". Stealth by not plane not existing or being too broken to fly. More perfect russian technology/. Frick off Αrmatard from another thread keeping these on the catalog.

ignoring faulty RCS angles, how good is the RAM?

The patent said that it was trying to get its RCS down to 0.01, which is about the same as a naked Gripen.

Nobody really knows. General consensus seems to be 'better than a gen 4.5++, worse than other stealth craft presently kicking around'.

the strategy of the Rafale Dassault is better than that of the F22, F35, SU57. I let you see how it works here :

Largest issue for SU-57’s stealth is its last generation engines. You can see how they have no RAM, but they are also not optimized for infrared like US or Chinese 5th gen jets. PPVSG

Very, I bet no F-22 or F-35 radar can get a lock on it while it's tucked away in its hangar.

It'll be very difficult to resolve out of the ground clutter and all the other jets in the boneyard.

No. It isn't a "stealth aircraft," in the way the F-22, F-35, B-2, B-21, J-20, or F-117 is. It has the RCS of a clean F-18 Super Hornet and not particularly good IR stealth. RCS is overemphasized for stealth, the B-2 and B-21 have a larger RCS than the F-35 but are in many ways more stealthy, while the F-117 beats the F-35 in RCS but it less stealthy overall. That said, the Su-57 doesn't do that much better on other metrics.

Whatever else can be said of the capabilities of the J-20, by all accounts it is actually stealthy. The Su-57 has a lot of good capabilities, for a Russian bird, but being "stealth," in the common sense isn't one of them. Aside from there hardly being any and Russian maintenance and training, it should outclass newer model F-16s and F-15s, but given Russian maintained and lagging upgrades, that might not be true in practice.

Really, only the B-2 and B-21 are designed for high risk, fly into air defenses to deliver strategic payloads level stealth.

There's hardly any data on them, seeing as how they've made like a dozen and crashed two of them

On par with a super hornet or f-16.
