The could have all the HIMARS in existence and it still wouldn't help them because they lack the intel gathering structure to give the HIMARS targets.

HIMARS is a nice system, but it's most effective when married to good and timely intelligence (and it shouldn't need to be said, but this info needs to be disseminated quickly and turned into fire missions). Russia's ISTAR is horrible. Ukraine's probably wouldn't be great either but they have the US supporting them in that realm

equipment was not russia's problem, at least at the start of the war. they had enough old soviet crap to make it work.

Ukies are using them to great effect ONLY because American and Britbong glowies are giving them god tier intel. At the end of the day Ukies are Vatniks lite and if it wasn't for western glowies they would have lost ages ago.

They don't need HIMARS, but more chink 300mm GMLRS which would compatible with their own BM-30

      Russia already had this.

The main difference is that the chinese 300mm GMLRS has a range of up to 300km, The Polonez MRL from Belarus already uses them: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polonez_(multiple_rocket_launcher)

        What is that? A Hui-maz?

AFAIK Belarus has something called Polonez in non-protitype quantities. Not sure how combat proven, mobile and easily reloadable it is though. But the spec beats HIMARS by a mile.

specs mean nothing if the rockets themselves are shit. And it's widely known that those rockets are GRAD-tier shit

The CEP for those rockets is 30m-45m, quite good given the fact that they have a range of up to 300km from the export market (chinese made export GMLRS): https://youtu.be/NXPt-MqjL2w?t=183
The Chinese made a new variant of their 300mm GMLRS for their own use have which has a CEP o 5-10m: https://youtu.be/ocCOpkQ3rRI?t=171

              > he believes those CEP numbers.

Ukraine has put 6 HIMAR missiles in a bridge, 10 meters apart, on one of the lanes.

I have yet to see a precision strike like that on ANY target in Ukraine. Not even close

Because western companies are really good a marketing, so they now how to package their products to sell them for a higher price than they're actually worth. This is also the reason why all the fashion, luxury brands are all western
