>The stock is also folder so I don’t know what his problem is
there's zero point to running a LAW folder on a setup that doesnt need the buffer, its a waste of space, weight, and money.
>its a waste of space, weight, and money.
Agreed, especially when the law folder is like $300
Good Lord, I only noticed LAW folder now. This was definitely put together by some redditor with the purpose of triggering the largest number of gun enthusiasts possible.
I am not a fan of the law folder on any AR, but it does make the lower compatible with standard AR uppers.
t. someone who toyed with the idea of building a BRN-180 but never did because I already have a 11.5 and 16 AR. Plus Carl the cuck said it was bad and I believed him(at the time).
Agreed.
I would only do a BRN-180 with a true folding stock, but I also hate the idea of it only being compatible with the BRN-180 upper because I'm autistic.
>$400 DI bufferless Upper
What is this?
Looks like a bear Creek arsenal but they aren't bufferless. Is it a foxtrot Mike?

From what I've read.
It's a fine gun but two biggest drawbacks is it gets hotaf and when the dust cover is open, there's a huge gaping hole that'll let anything inside.
It's a piston AR. Piston AR designs take a lot of abuse, because the AR was designed around Direct Impingement, not Piston blow back. KAC, LWRIC and POF get around this by making robust parts. But the Brownells is a budget piston AR with budget parts and metals. It's not going to hold up long, even if it is built right.
the brn is a commercial spec gun with commercial quality parts. compared to an FNC and IMI pre-ban Galil, it will have lower material quality with very little metrology and QA/QC.
It's still a good design, but I think I would rather have a T91 upper that Wolf brought over..
it's better
>punisher skull
>chink red dot
>backwards grip
>magpul BU"""I"""S
>buffer tube
>on a fricking BRN-180
Backwards grip?
The hand stop is backwards, it still serves its purpose as a hand stop either way
The stock is also folder so I don’t know what his problem is
Oh yeah I didn't even notice the shorter had a handstop, was just looking at the MVG and thinking how on earth could that ever be "backwards".
the other one isn't on backwards when its purpose is to keep you from KSGing your support hand.

Still pointless

Why compare it to moronic old outclassed guns instead of the fm-15 or the jakl?
Because I actually like fncs/galil more than those
Kit badger said they fricking suck and dont cycle properly.
was that not only just the 7.62x39 version?
The latter two are used by militaries and police around the world, the BRN180 is used by redditors
Every gun is used by redditors m8.
Fair enough but I don’t see any government goons using the BRN180 excluding flannelBlack person who’s just an air force security guard
why would anyone go for a brn-180 when they could go for any of the other half million ar-18 clones for cheaper
That’s the point I’ve been trying to make, it’s a reddit gun with a dumb dust cover just begging for issues
>up to date Ar-180 that is compatible with AR-15 aftermarket parts that don't require you to go by some funny european nonesnse
>bad
>FNC
a brazillian jillion times better
>galil
idk

$499
yeah but it looks moronic
it looks fine. seems like the selling point aesthetically on the brn-180 is just the shitty charging handle.
you can easily chamge out the charging handle on the brn. nothing can unfrick that 2" tall picatinny rail the fm15 has
Reddit gun
Reddit gun
(it's still cool)
What makes it a reddit gun?
It’s ugly, flannelBlack person popularized it and impractical because the dumb dust cover
Does it come in 14.5 and if not can the barrel be replaced?

Is the opening behind the bolt that big of a deal? doesn't seem much bigger than an AK with the safety off.

Can't use an ACR stock on a T91
