Most of the people you're up against have zero formal training and mostly just start shooting when they're backed into a corner. Practice drawing your weapon until it becomes ingrained into your muscle memory.
That's kinda the point, sim rounds are as close as you can get to the real thing without actually shooting trainees. Nothing will ever "get the fear out", but the value in putting you in that circumstance is that you become familiar with the adrenaline and learn to remain in control of your decision making even with all the juices flowing. Maybe for you it's cognitive, and you need to learn to asses the difference between shooting and when you are being suppressed. Maybe it's emotional, and you need your battle buddy screaming in your ear to do your fricking job until you internalize it. If you're freezing up, don't think "I don't want to be here", think "how do I unfrick this situation?".
And whatever you do, TALK WITH YOUR TEAM AND INSTRUCTORS. They're going through the same shit you are, they know exactly what it feels like, and they can tell you what works for them.
Contemplate death while meditating for long periods. Make peace with the fact that you will die, like everyone else, and it is only through risk and sacrifice that your life can achieve its greatest meaning.
Focus on planning and execution. Suppress all emotion and focus.
Remember that the other guy is scared too. Feed on that fear.
This is what helped me, the US military fired 250,000 rounds per insurgent killed, they are going to miss you even with a SAW suppressing you. It is all psychological, shoot them before they shoot you, even if you need to take a second to make that hit. Practice with your weapons, not only at ranges but take some tactical shooting courses too. Maybe Airsoft too.
For more context, I'm training to be a leo and I keep fricking up during simulation sessions because I don't want to get fricked up by sim rounds.

Isn't it the whole point to not get shot?

In all likelihood the 12 year old African American you mag dump into won't actually be armed, so I wouldn't worry about it.
in that case just plant a weapon on him, OP
>12 year old African American
>unarmed
Keep training until your skills are competent enough that you'll know you'll be able to outdraw/outshoot/outfight anyone

Put it out of your mind. Just focus on what you gotta do.

They're brown. If you care more than that I will confidently call you gay
Brazilian army parachute boots, hence the color and green laces. You can get them from Atilaia but you need to know Portuguese.
Fear of getting shot is a pretty good way to avoid getting shot
have a nice day to build up an immunity
Don't worry anon, they aint gonna shoot you
This isnt a deathmatch multiplayer game. Death is permanent. You should heed your instincts and avoid getting shot instead.
Sim rounds don't hurt that much. Just keep your goggles on.
To be fair they can hurt pretty bad depending where you get hit. I imagine real bullets are far worse though.
You're going to die soon anyway. What, you want to grow old?
Sneak out of Russia.
the person who made this thread is the same person calling you brown and noguns lmao.
