Jbweld metal epoxy putty stick.
Pop out the lenses, repair the gap with putty, sand it until it's barely visible. Sand the rest of the glasses. Tape off the inside rim where the lenses go. Spray the whole thing to match, then clearcoat. >so basically buy a new-
Yes, buy a new pair of glasses.
Do you care about how it looks?
When this happened to me, I took a paperclip and heated it up to plastic-melting temp and pressed it into the plastic across the gap.
It's ugly but it works -- they were free, and I only wear them when I'm driving so I don't care at all how they look.
I mean just this specific type of cosmetic coated plastic in cheap and not so cheap sun glasses, just avoid it.
It just rots within a year.
These probably cost cents to produce so
never spend more than 5 dollars on a pair of sun glasses
anon is not quite wrong for this specific product.
Good luck.
I’ve never found a glue that sticks to any kind of plastic they use on any kind of glasses, even went through special “plastic bonder” adhesives. Nothing touches it.
Imagine how much time and money they spend on making unrepairable plastic! It’s some kind of acetate apparently.
The only successful repair I ever did was to heat weld an arm by melting it on a pair of Oakley’s and ir looked fine because it snapped under this rubber temple pad which I just rolled back after fixing it so it was covered. It still snapped again later though.

They sell kits for plastic welding. They call the paperclips "staples".
take lens out
then do this
or just melt it back together with a soldering iron. I don't like paperclips near my eyes, call me nutty
you can sand it if you want BEFORE popping the lens back in, otherwise your scratched up lens will be too awesome
Tape up the lens, drip some superglue in there, sand it down and sharpie it black
One tiny drop of superglue and then press it together. Happens quite often to my $3 aldi goggles.
A lot of tension on it then. If you just fill in the gap instead of pressing it together there's no tension.
IDK about anyone else but a tube of superglue generally dries out after I use it once anyway.
Now what?
turn off the television if you're not watching it
They hate how little it takes to make men happy
Underrated
it will break at any other point shortly. they always do.
