The USA uses B-52s for close air support in permissive environments. It's part of why Khasham was such a wipe, bombers just orbiting at altitude dropping JDAMs
They are, it's how Russia is launching the Kh-101.
As for why they are throwing standoff weapons instead of bombing the reason is they have frick all and don't want to lose them.
Why doesn't Ukraine send some guys with MANPADs to intercept them during starting and landing?
The idea is to send them deep into Russia.
The May 9th parade had its flyby cancelled in the past two years cancelled for that reason.
Sending a Lada with a Strela near Engels is easier than doing it for Whiteman.
They are, it's how Russia is launching the Kh-101.
As for why they are throwing standoff weapons instead of bombing the reason is they have frick all and don't want to lose them.
Russian aviation died in the 1970s. This war would've been unironically over in 2 days if Russia had the capability to mass produce JDAM-like bombs and a functioning long range killchain. But here we are, witnessing the consequences of setting up your military to devolve into a typical case of artillery+human wave slav warfare.
>do they even need jdams?
I'm saying that Ukraine would have absolutely gotten BTFO if Russia had JDAMs and a proper defense intelligence system that was able to drop a PGM on every munitions depot, artillery tube, and air defense radar within 30 minutes of detection.
They have a JDAM equivalent kit for their FAB series bombs and it's been used in combat in Ukraine. The problem is they don't want to lose any more airframes then they have to
Incorrect they have the UMPK kit for FAB/OFAB-1000 and above.
https://www.popularmechanics.com/military/weapons/a43571893/how-dumb-are-russias-winged-smart-bombs/
That being said it turns their 1000/1500/2000kg bombs into GLONASS guided glide bombs - the above article questions their efficacy vs say JDAM
Unlike JDAM the kit is not available for smaller bombs.
No it's not as good as newer JDAM derivatives but it is getting used.
WWII-tier carpet bombing is not really plausible anymore unless your enemy has absolutely abysmal anti-air capabilities, strategic bombers are too expensive to risk in missions that expose them to direct threats. Thus, they’re now flying missile trucks, which keeps them safer, but obviously limits the amount of payloads in the long term because nobody has the resources to shit missiles at the rate of dumb bombs.
Why doesn't Russia just stop invading Ukraine? I mean it has demonstrably been a net detriment to Russia's economy and international standing. If Feb 24th had rolled by and Russia did nothing, they'd probably be in much better geostrategic position than they currently are in.
That's the thing though. It's all on Putin. It's his war. All it takes for a reset to the status quo is Putin dying. How hard could it be for a FSB dude to slip some polonium into Putin's morning tea?
i think the sharks were already starting to circle Putin before the war. he thought this would be an easy way to solidify his grip. it wasn't. he came within hours of being toppled by a chef. now he can't back down. no matter the cost to Russia, he'll take this to the end or until his end.
>How hard could it be for a FSB dude to slip some polonium into Putin's morning tea
very, since the FSB got purged early into the war after the attack on kiev and assumedly restaffed with loyalists.
>a reset to the status quo
The status quo died when russia invaded.
They have proven themselves to be unreliable business partners, so the West (the EU in particular) will be very hesitant in investing there again.
russia has proven itself to be toothless, so it has lost almost all of the influence they have in their neighbors.
russia has destroyed its demographics, and sanctions are wrecking its infrastructure. even moscow is having trouble with amenities.
russia is fricked. giving up in Ukraine won't bring the 2019 economy back.
Whenever a nations leader is acting against the best interests of the nation try thinking about what is in their personal best interests.
He has lots the ruling class billions, if he can give them Ukie gas he gets to live, if he leaves Ukraine without finding a way to pay them back he dies.
He can't give them Yook gas, because the Yooks can and probably will just keep blowing it up. Western nations should be planning right now what to ransom Russia with to get sanctions lifted. IMO we should be targeting them to kill Russian civilians if possible so we can make major demands like nuclear disarmament, which would be a good first step to forcibly deindustrializing them and balancing them along ethno-sectarian lines.
>He can't give them Yook gas, because the Yooks can and probably will just keep blowing it up
He'll just extend the convicts contracts to 20 years defending pipelines and pay the Chechens to shoot them if they run.
Sure the piles will keep exploding but if they can be fixed for $100k and flow $1m before they blow again it's worth it.
I worked on the Gorgan gas project in WA Australia and those pipes moved $8m per day before gas prices increased 600%.
What we should be doing is supporting the nationalist legions that are performing open insurrection and co-opting with the Ukranians. That way, if they string Putin on a pole and replace him with a more palatable leader we can write off that thanks to the sacrifice of true Russian patriots peace is restored and leave the door open to reintegration with the West, sidestepping most of the bad blood.
it's more personal than that anon
putin operated out of berlin at the height of his career, when he had autonomy and wasn't beholden and fearful to oligarchs. now he's pushed back to moscow, a shell of the glory he perceived being a part of. it's the death throes of a nation who failed to project power with it's adversaries hands tied behind their backs
>Putin is likely worried he might expose himself to a coup if he doesn't keep doubling down. >literally nearly fell victim to a coup (by a fricking israeli hot dog salesman of all people) caused by the war he started
Anon, war is not always a rational choice, in fact there have been many cases in history when war was decided at the whim of a ruler for a prupose that was not very clear.
This war is an example of this.
It's interesting because I was just reading about the 100 years' war and apparently the Battle of Crécy 1346 was the first recorded use of organ guns (both sides also fielded bombard cannons). Yet the only thing we ever hear about this war is how anglos never shut up about le decisive longbow in the relatively minor battle of Azincourt 1415 - 70 years later. Never mind the fact that the English lost the entire war soon after, together with all their holdings in France, never to return.
>Why doesn't Russia just stop invading Ukraine?
No special war operation = no justification for his brainwashed population to be living in poverty.
His slaves would start counting the dead, look at how many soldiers actually died and wether it was worth the captured territories.
There's no way Putin will ever get the sanctions lifted and support from others dictatorship unless he capture/destroy something worthwhile (like all Ukrainian access to the sea) to negotiate with.
Also, Putin is old and afraid to die from any germ, so he might as well enjoy his bloody fantasies as long as he can.
to be fair the counter offensive if it was positive for the ukranians it would mean the end for the russian invasion
but the way it went and letting americans and british to design a counter offensive of the slav edition against someone that isnt a mudslime brought the exact opposite situation
either way i think that ukraine will run out of people to fight long before the ammunition goes bust
The counter-offensive was fricked from the outset for a number of reasons. Overconfidence from the west and Ukraine itself due to previous successes. Lack of extended range assets like ATACMs and f-16s, which they needed for clearing out heliports before sending in the armored columns. Also lack of surprise. It was super obvious where they were going to attack before it happened.
Covid hit
Putin monkey man freaks out
Refineries/drill sites/platforms have to shut down and rebuilt ever 6 months to 18 months tp rebuild or they explode
These can't happen during COVID on times parts get to places people and machines same story
Everyone else throttles down and extends time then shuts down
Monkey Putin goes full bore and risks it
Plants, refineries, ng caverns, holding tanks, pipelines explode. Russia loses trillions in oil and natural gas reserves. Russia can only keep it's current exports up until 2027-2029
Monkey man sees natural gas and oil deposits now accessible because of technological developments in eastern Ukraine. Stages an invasion force, spends 500 billion over 5 years to build the force Nd stage the force. 500,000 men are moved not just soldiers on the borders. War starts.
Turns out huge chunks of that 500 billion have been stolen. Ukrainians weren't paid off.
Fast forward. Putin is now declining quickly in senility. Reports of him being a new woodrow Wilson are popping up. He might not actually be cognizant totally
>Reports of him being a new woodrow Wilson are popping up. He might not actually be cognizant totally
I heard he's not even alive, and he just sits on a throne in the Kremlin and psyhcically guides mobiks through the minefields
It is the 21st century. For more than two decades the Emperor of Russia has sat immobile on the Golden Throne of the Kremlin. and master of a million vatniks by the might of his inexhaustible corruption. He is a manlet seething visibly with power from the Dark Age of Communism. He is the Carrion Lord of the vast Imperium of Kleptocracy for whom a thousand mobiks are sacrificed every day, so that He may never truly lose. Yet even in His deathless state, the Emperor continues His eternal vigilance. Rusty battlefleets cross the oil-infested miasma of the black sea, the only route between distant warm water ports, their way lit by the GLONASS, the sometimes functional manifestation of the Emperor's will. Vast armies give battle in His name on uncounted villages. Greatest amongst His soldiers are the VDV, the Dagestanis, culturally-engineered super-warriors. Their comrades in arms are legion: the barrier troops and countless village militias, the ever-vigilant FSB agents and the Tech-priests of Vladivostok to name only a few. But for all their multitudes, they are barely enough to hold off the ever-present ever-present threat from Ukies, democracy, prosperity - and worse. To be a vatnik in such times is to be one amongst untold millions. It is to live in the most dysfunctional and corrupt regime imaginable. These are the tales of those times. Forget the power of technology and science, for so much has been rusted, never to be maintained. Forget the promise of progress and understanding, for in the grim dark future there is only alcoholism. There is no peace amongst the slavs, only an eternity of carnage and slaughter, and the laughter of thirsting alphabet agencies.
Putin might want to but hasn't found a way to do it without losing face. The thing to keep in mind about Putinism is that it's a very 21st-century phenomenon that stems from a strange mixture of political apathy, boredom and anxiety in a hyper-consumerist society rather than from any formidable ideology. The similarity to Trumpism for me is not in some conspiracy theory about pee tapes but imitation in style of pure improvisation and flexibility to avoid any "traps" but which contains an inner logic toward radicalization and escalation but which will never take responsibility for its own excess.
If this system can't solve a problem, it'll go somewhere else to simulate force. If it can't solve problems in Ukraine it will try to make an impression that it is affecting elections in the U.S., France, and Germany. This is similar to the old idea of Potemkin villages but presenting an image of global reach. It jumps around constantly to avoid getting pinned down. Putin also doesn't trust the press who are excluded from the political process so nothing becomes public, and he only believes what is put on the table in front of him.
My take is influenced by Gleb Pavlovsky who was a Soviet dissident who became one of Putin's "political technologists" who was initially appointed by... George Soros... to work for Putin as a spin doctor and then became a Kremlin critic.
>Today he feels that, at the same time he is a loner ... he is a single man who knows what the country needs. And at the same time, he is not capable of getting there. He feels powerless. He cannot make this machinery work, because he did not build a good system of management and a good system of control. And the friends around him are not managers. This is a joint stock company that uses the Russian budget.
Ukraine wants to take back land that Russia considers to be its own and has partially or wholly integrated into Russia, in particular crimea, donetsk and lugansk.
>Russia balkanizes after this shitshow >Ukraine is rebuilt and prospers >Each of the post-Russia states is taken under a neighboring Euro country's wing, (well or Japan if it's the far east) >Are dragged into the modern age, one McDonalds and Greggs at a time >Eventually these small states manage to actually leverage their massive stores of resources and grow to equal or rival their European patrons, but are so economically entwined they would never consider, nor even want, a "unified Russia"
A finger curls on the monke's claw....
Is Mongolia part of the globohomosexual west I keep hearing about?
Seems to me like China would realistically be the ones to slurp up chunks of a balkanized Russia, but I don't know if that would cause as much seethe as Westerners doing it.
On the one hand, yes.
On the other hand, could they really do any worse than Russia?

>On the other hand, could they really do any worse than Russia?
The people are better. The culture is slightly better.
Still drunk and violent with corruption but they can cooperate at least.
Running water and sewers aren't common outside UB though.
Putin wants to have legacy on part of Piotr The Great, so he will send million men to die just so they teach kids he's the one that retook soviet lands.
The funny thing is, it would work if it stopped with crimea, but he got greedy and wanted it all.
Well, he'll certainly have legacy, the likes of Nicholas II. Russians, being the subhumans they are, will eventually treat him as a saint in spite of him ruining the country and making life as hard as possible for the average Russian.
Because it always has been about a specific subset of Putin's surrounding oligarchs who finished taking Donbass for everything it was worth and needed more territory to plunder.
Now they've gained lucrative contracts backed by "war economy" laws.
Russia just got a new law that allows ceasing property of anyone convicted of "spreading fakes about the military".
kind of risky when there are a few surface to air missiles about
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Linebacker_II#Outcome_and_assessments >Ten B-52s were shot down over the North and five others were damaged and crashed in Laos or Thailand. >Thirty-three B-52 crew members were killed or missing in action, another 33 became prisoners of war, and 26 more were rescued.
The McNamara incompetence in Vietnam is incredible. The only thing that comes close is USAF incompetence in Korea where they were banned from conducting close air support because they did nothing but fratricide. (And refused to commit any jets or jet bombers to the early war because muh strategic) and refusing to stage any airfields on the Korean peninsula so they're literally bingo fuel at all times.
If you thought desert storm fratricide was bad, look at Korea.
Ha, hello Vlad. Russia could have had Europe over a barrel if they hadn't invaded, and had kept increasing German dependence on Russian gas. Just 5 more years and you would have had everything. EVERYTHING. Frick, Putin threw it all away, I mean I don't really blame him because he was huffing his own koolaid and thought his army was as good as the memes said. IMO this was like if Putin was playing Xcom and had a 95% chance to hit, but missed.
>Russia could have had Europe over a barrel if they hadn't invaded, and had kept increasing German dependence on Russian gas. Just 5 more years and you would have had everything.
Probably way less than that. Germany shut down their nuclear power plants in April 2023, according to their schedule, and now is massively relying on coal. If Russian gas were an option, they would have used that instead, basically handing their balls over to the Kremlin.
Instead, Germans now burn American gas, rely on Americans to protect them and are warming up to the idea of permanent American hegemony. Face it, foreigners, America is the only option to keep you wealthy and free. The so-called American Empire is the most benevolent of all time. Who else would take their defeated enemies and instead of wiping them out of existence, raise them up and teach them their ways? God, I fricking love America. And do not worry, Russians. We Americans do have one vice: eagerness to forgive. We will build you up, but only after thoroughly humiliating you.
>Germany shut down their nuclear power plants in April 2023
One cannot overemphasize this "mistake". And it wasn't a mistake. The German government knew exactly what the outcome would be.
Jfc anon, you're not convincing anyone and no one believes that you actually believe this. It's just too detached from reality in the sort of way that makes people look at you with confusion and pity.
>Russia has europe over the barrell now, >bent over, completely gaped
hahahahahahahaha
as I sit here doing "work" from home having my late lunch (yesterdays left over potatoes, unions, sprats and 6 EGGS rolled into a nice omelet) with the thermostat up to 21
oh no the thing I spend about 70 euro on per month got a few percent more expensive how ever shall I afford to cover this huge expense with my 2500+ after taxes monthly wage
oh no the price increases for energy cost me the same as shooting 10 9mm round more a month how ever will I cope
>Russia is positively thriving right now, economically, industrially and culturally. this is an objective, irrefutable reality
Too bad that reality is only shared by you and a few /misc/tards
>Russia is positively thriving right now, economically, industrially and culturally. this is an objective, irrefutable reality
It absolutely is. Well, legally at least, in Russia.
>that video of the A320 wienerpit posted by a Russian where half of it (like literally half of all the visible gauges, displays, etc) is INOP >camera pans up >an ADIRU is inop
Thank FRICK I do not live in Russia. You'd have to point a gun at me to get me to get in one of their A320s.
They've already enough mobik cubes as is so no real need for barbaric methods like that. But filthy vermin like yourself wouldn't understand. Sad, many such cases.

>Russia is positively thriving right now, economically, industrially and culturally. this is an objective, irrefutable reality > >Russia is the furthest from "collapse" and "internal strife" as it has been since WW2. Putin will win re-election by a titanic landslide, and there is absolutely zero instability in either the Russian government nor Russian MOD > >europe has catastrophically failed, >making a hysterical, foolish gamble that Russia would lose to the ukrainian offensive to recapture the donbass, balkanize, and become some kind of fractured state that could be militarily picked apart. >the opposite happened, and its basically a sitcom to watch
Strategic advantage of wasting the VDV on a feint and seething about how the enemy spells the name of their capital city that you totally don't want to capture?
I spell it kyiv because that's the way the Ukrainians want me to spell it and it's their city
Russia is welcome to change the spelling to whatever they want, they just have to capture the city first
Large portion are basically permanently on "SAC" roles/operations. Many are being modernized(digitalization,ECCM etc) and doctrinally they don't like to risk nuclear launch platforms. they lost a Tu-22M recon bird in Georgia to AA and it really shook them.
>there is absolutely zero instability in either the Russian government nor Russian MOD
Ahh yes PMC coups are known for being reflective of national stability
you don't get to do that. only indiana bro is allowed to gloat at mortally injured people for the crime of not submitting to russian state-level violence.
wait you just called out some resident board moron I've never heard of, and not only were you right but he immediately responded? How the frick do you guys do it, fricking 6th sense frickery
He just copies his old posts word for word whenever he tries to spam the thread, usually completely devoid of context and doubles down when you call him out. He's that predictable. Even armatard and dennis actually tried to engage with people they were shilling to.
one mentally ill serbian neet from germany that spammed /k/ with pics of blown up American equipment while constantly bumping his threads and samegayging
Honestly there's a couple of shills here and they all seem to false flag as each other in order to make it harder to figure out who's who. I'm 80% sure the stuff about that warriortard dude supposedly having a fat fetish or whatever is done by warriortard himself (if he even exists) or another board schizo to muddy the waters.

>. I'm 80% sure the stuff about that warriortard dude supposedly having a fat fetish or whatever is done by warriortard himself
That's true though, he even went so far and made a fake account on tiktok with badly faked incriminating material and posted it while pretending to be one of his enemies to convince everyone his twitter account he locked was also fake. He stopped quickly after no one was buying it and even his samegays looked too forced.
He also linked a post on /k/ on his onlyfans account and deleted it shortly after it to so posters saying it was there looked like they were lying, but this time someone archived it and now we know for 90% it's his.

So he fed the information. Why in earth would he do that unless he wanted you to run with that info.

Because he's a schizo and he thought it would help his twitter and onlyfans account to look like fakes. The twitter account profile picture changed to pictures he posted, when someone mentioned it he changed it, said this was a lie and he did the same thing with his onlyfans account when he linked a post, but someone archived it before he deleted it, so that backfired and since then he seems to have stopped to try this shit.
Bonus: Don't forget his 'impunity' posts he occasionally makes, where he boast about how he he own the board and can do whatever he wants with impunity. Maybe he just got to wienery.
helmettard is probably one of the easiest board schizo's to recognize because he has a very particular way of formatting his posts, and refuses to stop using the words that identify him.
he'll also confirm for you that it's him by getting mad that the evil feds recognized him for the bazillionth time, as you just saw.
Nah, helmettard is definitely ESL, most likely a Pajeet

This war is terrible for Russia.
Started by a madman, fought by mindless bots, conscripts and savages.
It cripples a country I had learned to like and respect.
It does so at the expense of ukrainians lives.
Said ukrainians who wanted nothing more than to live in a free democracy.
The only good thing about it is the amount of /k/ related shenanigans (see T92 crew promoted to comsmonauts) that it brought us.
>I had learned to like and respect.
Why? Why the frick would you like or respect that country? It's been a source of misery for the world for centuries. There's nothing good about Russia or has ever been.
Anon, about half of an hour ago, nine Tu-95MS took off from Olenya airbase (near Murmansk) and heading towards Caspian sea to launch cruise missiles. Probably few more would take off from Engels AB later, and it is possible for Tu-22M3 would also be in the mix.
Tomorrow would be a rough morning.
yeah that's why a bunch of far-right goons had to kick out the guy who got elected
it's also why crimea isn't allowed to leave even doe it voted to do so
>yeah that's why a bunch of far-right goons had to kick out the guy who got elected
The Maidan was a popular movement. There were no more far-right goons in there than you'd normally expect.
>it's also why crimea isn't allowed to leave even doe it voted to do so
It didn't vote, the "referendum" was a farcical scam, just like the referenda in the Baltic states to join the USSR after WW2.
I've never understood how vatniks can tell you that you're living in a failed state and abject poverty while Russia is thriving. Like, you really think you can lie to me about my own standard of living? Who the frick is this even dor
This is the weird thing. The US government made a list of all the Russian backed social media accounts that are trying to cause unrest in USA and I was surprised /k/ didn't talk about it. Or maybe they did and it got deleted.
>Explain how losing a bunch of young men >Getting your major industries sanctioned >Expending Soviet stockpiles >Expending massive quantities of modern equipment

Ever notice how glowie screecher claims he had so much fun and will see you again tomorrow, but always runs away crying after getting btfo and has to wait a month before shitposting again?

Let's see, Russia dominates Europe in... Gas trades? Wait, that's not right. Oil trades! No, that's the middle east... Military? Wait, NATO's larger now. Oh, I got it, aids stats!
oh hi helmettard, still coping in seething day in day out?
you have to have the most miserable day job in existence, and you don't even get paid for it. your family must surely be worried for you.
They are very expensive and russia doesn't have the production lines or skillset to manufacture more. They lost one to Georgia which had 1/1000th of the air defenses Ukraine has.
Countries often experience massive GDP growth during wartime because of how GDP is calculated. The government pouring billions into buying shit from domestic companies with money they don't actually have makes line go up, but doesn't actually indicate a healthy economy.
The propaganda victory alone would make Ukraine prioritise 100% of their AA on any TU-160 that wonders into their airspace. Also the Russians clearly don't trust their counter measure systems.
>start a pseudo civil war and then invade a country over its seccession caused by you blocking them from entering EU because it might improve things there and make your KGB cesspool look even worse >haha, i'm not worried, Ukraine improving is pure delusion
you'll die a painful death when russia collapses, vatnig
The Crimean referendum didn't even include an option to stay with Ukraine
We will never know if they actually wanted to leave because no one ever asked them
Theyre scared theyll fall apart. Im being serious. If these go, they dont have an aerial nuclear arm. Russia just cant generate these things or replacement parts like real nations can.

He's a fricking narcissist and schizo, and you think this isn't something someone like him would do? He thought he could get away with it and that it would work. It's that simple.
>delete it quickly afterwards (similar to how he locked down his twitter account and add absurdum asked for screenshot afterwards after he understood no one made some) >then claim it was fake and warriortards enemies made it up and that it's probably the same thing with his twitter account
It's not rocket sience.
>Do you think people believe yet alone care about warriortards Twitter or onlyfans?

2. Goal
Make everyone hate warriortard getting brought up.
Gee, i wonder who could behind this? Thanks for confirming what you have been doing for a while.
"muh oppression of ethnic russians" didn't happen, but it should have. Hmm, anyone notice how these neo-judeo-bolsheviks act exactly like the israelites they are?
Isn't it odd how your false narrative around warriortard which btw serves warriortard, gone over how his twitter and onlyfans are supposed to mean nothing finally lead to personal attacks and more false narrative building from your side?
As long as warriortard does dumb shit, it gets pointed out. It's that simple.
>It’s odd how you think that it’s normal for every post you make yo contain the word warriortard.
That is factually wrong, but going over the whole conversation so far with you, it is no real surprise that you make up more false stuff. >The level at which you care about this whole ordeal is astounding
The level at which you care about how posters aren't supposed to dig too deep into the topic is far more interesting. It simply isn't normal.
Oh, you continue to be passive aggressive and still try to force some false narrative like a b***h that just lost. And all that from a 'you just need to stop and everything will be okay' bystander.
Was what you said in the last two posts passive aggressive or not? Btw, what have you even really said that doesn't allign with what warriortard always spams?
His twitter and onlyfans? Doesn't matter, don't look into it.
His opponents? All one guy and of course we can only talk about how bad they he is.
Warriortard getting pointed out and he can't do stuff as he likes? That's actually the bad stuff.
I'm almost impressed how desperate you try to shill this bullshit.
Bonus: You have done this for hours by now, after whining about obsession and just letting go would help.
Let's stop talking about our Warriortard past and start talking about our Norktard future.
The destruction of the missile factory is bad news for Ukraine even if it does cement Russia even further as a Korean client state. Since their hypersonics are based on inferior Iskanders now that they will be forced to use ones based on the superior KN-23 combat effectiveness will increase. This is probably good news for the average Russian since it forces Kim (and Iran) to take a active role in managing the Russian economy to rout out corruption to ensure debt repayment.
Military reforms will greatly favor Russia as anti air abilities are enhanced by the use of twin 14.5mm as a universal weapon while vehicle mobility will be nearly doubled once the DPRK shares it's waterjet technology. In a few years they might even help the Russians kickstart a space program.
They're using them to launch cruise missiles.
Does anyone use strategic bombers for any other purpose still?
The USA uses B-52s for close air support in permissive environments. It's part of why Khasham was such a wipe, bombers just orbiting at altitude dropping JDAMs
Why doesn't Ukraine send some guys with MANPADs to intercept them during starting and landing?
>this guy thinks long range bombers deploy near the frontline
Keep in mind, America just bombed Iraq from their own turf with their huge boners.
So it turns out strong Russia is actually a bunch of little b***hes. Gotcha.
Russian aviation died in the 1970s. This war would've been unironically over in 2 days if Russia had the capability to mass produce JDAM-like bombs and a functioning long range killchain. But here we are, witnessing the consequences of setting up your military to devolve into a typical case of artillery+human wave slav warfare.
do they even need jdams? it seems like instead of fricking around with drones dropping hand grenades they could do some good old saturation bombing.
>do they even need jdams?
I'm saying that Ukraine would have absolutely gotten BTFO if Russia had JDAMs and a proper defense intelligence system that was able to drop a PGM on every munitions depot, artillery tube, and air defense radar within 30 minutes of detection.
wrong.
VVS can't do strike packages.
their doctrine is based on using 1-2 ships at most.
you cannot do SEAD this way. any IADS will be their death.
No air superiority no way to deliver it outside unreliable standoff weapons since russias jtacs suck wiener unironically
>a functioning long range killchain
Kudos for being one of the few anons that grasp how important that part is
>implying you somehow got it and no one else did
The board isn't yet completely overrun with zoomer newbie commies.
>muh ASBM can one shot a carrier in the middle of Pacific because it has the range to!
They are a plague
gb2reddit gay
They have a JDAM equivalent kit for their FAB series bombs and it's been used in combat in Ukraine. The problem is they don't want to lose any more airframes then they have to
>They have a JDAM equivalent kit for their FAB series bombs
FAB bombs cant get JDAM kits because of their design.
I thought that was what SEAD. and eventually DEAD was for. So you could just fly anything with wings over the enemy.
What?
They are launching cruise missiles since the start of the invasion.
Why doesn't Russia just stop invading Ukraine? I mean it has demonstrably been a net detriment to Russia's economy and international standing. If Feb 24th had rolled by and Russia did nothing, they'd probably be in much better geostrategic position than they currently are in.
It's be all end all for Putin. If he shows weakness, he will get toppled by someone. It's a mafia state.
He's going to die anyway, prolonging things decreases his odds of a golden parachute.
If Russians withdraw Ukies will attempt to push to 2014 borders, neither side accepts status quo ante bellum at this point
Putin is likely worried he might expose himself to a coup if he doesn't keep doubling down.
it's more personal than that anon
putin operated out of berlin at the height of his career, when he had autonomy and wasn't beholden and fearful to oligarchs. now he's pushed back to moscow, a shell of the glory he perceived being a part of. it's the death throes of a nation who failed to project power with it's adversaries hands tied behind their backs
>Putin is likely worried he might expose himself to a coup if he doesn't keep doubling down.
>literally nearly fell victim to a coup (by a fricking israeli hot dog salesman of all people) caused by the war he started
Putin is and always has been a compulsive gambler
and when losses mount, all you can do is double down until you bust out or win big
Anon, war is not always a rational choice, in fact there have been many cases in history when war was decided at the whim of a ruler for a prupose that was not very clear.
This war is an example of this.
The faces on these old-ass paintings always crack me up, holy shit
Battle of Poitiers 1356
It's interesting because I was just reading about the 100 years' war and apparently the Battle of Crécy 1346 was the first recorded use of organ guns (both sides also fielded bombard cannons). Yet the only thing we ever hear about this war is how anglos never shut up about le decisive longbow in the relatively minor battle of Azincourt 1415 - 70 years later. Never mind the fact that the English lost the entire war soon after, together with all their holdings in France, never to return.
The eternal anglos.
>He fell for the rational actor meme
Kek, that was fricking glorious anon. You made my day a bit brighter.
This is a joint stock company that uses the Russian budget.

Seems to me like China would realistically be the ones to slurp up chunks of a balkanized Russia, but I don't know if that would cause as much seethe as Westerners doing it.
Frankly, I could not give less of a frick. I just want to see Mongolia returned to at least regional-power status.
>not Mongolia
Mongolia isn't uplifting anything.
They could conceivably snatch some steppelands but it's nothing to get excited about.
I think it’s more than meets the eye. Someone is profiting off the war. And it takes two to tango.

That's helmettard doing his thing
wait you just called out some resident board moron I've never heard of, and not only were you right but he immediately responded? How the frick do you guys do it, fricking 6th sense frickery
He just can't avoid saying the word "airman" when referring to other anons, it's quite easy.
He just copies his old posts word for word whenever he tries to spam the thread, usually completely devoid of context and doubles down when you call him out. He's that predictable. Even armatard and dennis actually tried to engage with people they were shilling to.
>dennis
Who's that?
one mentally ill serbian neet from germany that spammed /k/ with pics of blown up American equipment while constantly bumping his threads and samegayging
Oh man is armatard still around or did he finally frick off? I remember him going fricking ballistic when that SU-57 crashed a couple years back.
Maybe he just got to wienery.
he's the village rapist
helmettard is probably one of the easiest board schizo's to recognize because he has a very particular way of formatting his posts, and refuses to stop using the words that identify him.
he'll also confirm for you that it's him by getting mad that the evil feds recognized him for the bazillionth time, as you just saw.
wait a minute isn't this the fricking white man from alabama dude? i remember the vocaroo of him saying Black person.
Nah, helmettard is definitely ESL, most likely a Pajeet
i've heard someone mention he was a catalonian once before.
doesn't sound too strange to me because he's posted FUD articles from this very obscure spanish blog multiple times whenever he was seething about the F35.
Oh, lmao, I remember that thread
here's an archive of one of the threads where he did so https://desuarchive.org/k/thread/60685267/

Bigger planes can be seen from farther away on radar.

Anon, about half of an hour ago, nine Tu-95MS took off from Olenya airbase (near Murmansk) and heading towards Caspian sea to launch cruise missiles. Probably few more would take off from Engels AB later, and it is possible for Tu-22M3 would also be in the mix.

Who the frick is this even dor
i really, really want to see one of those shot down.
If my options are zog, chink, vatnig, or other unlisted thirdie, ill take zog any day of the fricking week
Never change Andrey. Your turn definitely won't come, you definitely won't die in a trench in europe somewhere. It will all turn out great for you!
>because i live in america lel
Wow, so many Texians from the Texas oblast these days
>Texian
Just noticed that his handler told him to fix that.
>despotic Washington, district of criminals
This would be a lot more convincing if it didnt read like machine-translated slavic agitprop
This is the weird thing. The US government made a list of all the Russian backed social media accounts that are trying to cause unrest in USA and I was surprised /k/ didn't talk about it. Or maybe they did and it got deleted.
>warm water port
mmmhh, oddly specific
>Russians can't comprehend water not being frozen
Many such cases
>Explain how losing a bunch of young men
>Getting your major industries sanctioned
>Expending Soviet stockpiles
>Expending massive quantities of modern equipment
In any way translate to an improved economy?
Ever notice how glowie screecher claims he had so much fun and will see you again tomorrow, but always runs away crying after getting btfo and has to wait a month before shitposting again?
>Russia has europe over the barrell now,
bent over, completely gaped
Let's see, Russia dominates Europe in... Gas trades? Wait, that's not right. Oil trades! No, that's the middle east... Military? Wait, NATO's larger now. Oh, I got it, aids stats!
>i will end globohomosexual by supporting the other globohomosexual that has even shittier living standards
wow anon, you're a real visionary.
oh hi helmettard, still coping in seething day in day out?
you have to have the most miserable day job in existence, and you don't even get paid for it. your family must surely be worried for you.
They are very expensive and russia doesn't have the production lines or skillset to manufacture more. They lost one to Georgia which had 1/1000th of the air defenses Ukraine has.
You can only Strat bomb effectively when you have green air
The operation cost is a billion rubles per hour.
Countries often experience massive GDP growth during wartime because of how GDP is calculated. The government pouring billions into buying shit from domestic companies with money they don't actually have makes line go up, but doesn't actually indicate a healthy economy.
>immediately fricked off
not according to girkin
The propaganda victory alone would make Ukraine prioritise 100% of their AA on any TU-160 that wonders into their airspace. Also the Russians clearly don't trust their counter measure systems.
>start a pseudo civil war and then invade a country over its seccession caused by you blocking them from entering EU because it might improve things there and make your KGB cesspool look even worse
>haha, i'm not worried, Ukraine improving is pure delusion
you'll die a painful death when russia collapses, vatnig
You'll envy the dead if you don't join them soon, Snowmalian.
OP is a homosexual
Brother in Christ there Russian they where probably taken apart and sold for a online nft project of some sorts
The Crimean referendum didn't even include an option to stay with Ukraine
We will never know if they actually wanted to leave because no one ever asked them
>far-right kill kill squads freely operating in ukraine, repression of russians
Never happened, vatBlack person.
The only far right kill squads operating in Ukraine are the chechen blocking detachments
They use it.
To hit civil houses with cruise missile
They'd better not get them all fricking shot down through vatnik moronation.
Those big girls are some of the sexiest birds in the sky imho.
They don't need any strategy
Theyre scared theyll fall apart. Im being serious. If these go, they dont have an aerial nuclear arm. Russia just cant generate these things or replacement parts like real nations can.
But it was mentioned before he posted a link to a post on /k/.
Where? Search of the archive turns up nothing
Been following for a while.
What do you actually know about warriortards twitter and onlyfans account? You sound like you are making a lot of presumptions while only having a surface level of understanding of the topic.
He wanted to recreate the situation with his twitter account where no one made pictures or archived it so the alligations would look fake and made up.
Here is ther archived onlyfans post:
archiveDOTph/s3ux0
That archive post doesn’t exist. You can post links directly. Very shady
Replace the DOT with a "."
So how come a "random" onlyfans that has nothing to do with warriortard links a posts on /k/ and then quickly deletes it?
He's a fricking narcissist and schizo, and you think this isn't something someone like him would do? He thought he could get away with it and that it would work. It's that simple.
>delete it quickly afterwards (similar to how he locked down his twitter account and add absurdum asked for screenshot afterwards after he understood no one made some)
>then claim it was fake and warriortards enemies made it up and that it's probably the same thing with his twitter account
It's not rocket sience.
Sounds very unlikely, he just fricked up like with his twitter account.
To recreate the same "no screenshot, so it must be fake" situation like with his twitter account. I already said that.
>Do you think people believe yet alone care about warriortards Twitter or onlyfans?
What's up with that backpaddling? People like to know what's going on, it's that simple.
I like how you aren't even hiding it anymore.
>pls obsess over this
>i wanna do all the shit i want no matter how vile it is
>i dont want the consequences of my own actions
>nobody ACTUALLY CARES!!!!!!!!!!! STO PTALKING ABOUT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!
The more this goes on the more I become convinced it's real btw
1. Goal
Undermine the reputation of anyone doing anything against warriortard and make it look like it is only one guy.
My man you’ll never convince anyone that that is the case. You are very easy to spot
>Discord
Proofs or confirmed schizo
This is the first time I’m hearing about a discord
Isn't it odd how your false narrative around warriortard which btw serves warriortard, gone over how his twitter and onlyfans are supposed to mean nothing finally lead to personal attacks and more false narrative building from your side?
As long as warriortard does dumb shit, it gets pointed out. It's that simple.
same poster
No, that's wrong. It's correct though for around 80% of times when someone or a thread gets falsely accused of being warriortard or by him.
Oh you’re still here. Have you posted the discord that you are referring to?
He made it up
>It’s odd how you think that it’s normal for every post you make yo contain the word warriortard.
Being passive aggressive isn't going to undo all the wrong und illogical things you said which only served one certain bad actor here.
In a few years they might even help the Russians kickstart a space program.
>how come the russians aren't using their strategic bombers?
they are...
who is the man in the picture? I don't know who this is
Literally a "hyped like crazy by vatniks, but then memoryholed by them after he didn't do what they claimed he would do" kind of person.
