That's for polycarbonate. I doubt you can abrasively polish ABS.

high grit wet sandpaper (2500+) and green chrome oxide polish on some cloth.
      Don't use power tools.

There is a high risk of making it milky this way.

Most of the interior of a car is ABS. Pretty much all the leather textured plastic in cars is ABS.

You will get the same effect if you just apply a lawyer of clear plastic tape.
If there are any very tall divots sticking up you may want to send those flat with a very fine grit but then use a clear transparent tape one that's a little bit thicker will be better and just apply it on the phone screen and leave it there and the glue in the tape will fill all the fuzzy scratches and it will look very transparent like it's finished. Not the best solution but maybe the lowest effort and then when the phone screen gets rough again just peel the tape off and apply another layer. Try it on a scrap of plastic first to see.

polishing paste suitable for abs and a dremel with a soft cotton thingy (sorry I don’t know how it’s called in English)

it’s pretty easy to get good results like this, just don’t stay too long on one part of the screen. otherwise the abs will melt and wobble. both you can get together for under 20$ on amazon>
