Surplus stores, eBay, Amazon, thrift stores, basically anywhere. Was there any uniforms in particular that you were looking for?

Honestly anything. Maybe a woodland camo? Maybe even historical ones too ww2 era specifically

Really anything pre 1970s is gonna be fairly expensive especially if all you plan on doing is wearing it just to do a little larping in your backyard, I would recommend either getting M81 woodland, MARPAT, or OCP/Multicam if you want American surplus, if you don’t care where it’s from DPM, flecktarn, CCE, and lizard are some cheap camos that you can find online

And as far as finding it look for any local surplus stores, and if there aren’t any nearby then just check eBay, or online surplus stores like venture surplus, McGuire army navy, misty mountain supply, or varusteleka

But can all shirts/jackets stick with Velcro? To my understanding doesn’t there have to be an area on the shirt where you can apply them? That’s the type of shirt I’m looking for but I don’t know where to find them.

if it's rule of cool you're going for just get some appenflange or UCP. UCP is probably better in every environment.

Essentially everyone uses hook loop fasteners on the sleeves. It only matters if it's sown, buttoned, or velcro'd on hats and name/rank they're suppose to match. Don't take your nice ones out into the field. Those are for show occasions like parades or paper work days.

dude you're not getting inspected on your uniform put them on how and where you want. Put them on crooked and or upside down just to prove nobody can't make you do it otherwise.

How are those chink crye gear ripoffs? I know their knockoff multicam fabric is shit. They can’t even replicate the colors right.
