Have you ever been shot? Or, have you ever shot at someone when you didn't necessarily have all the legal blah blah to do so?

Take me back bros...
I've never been hit, but I've been shot at 3 times as a civilian in America. Which is funny because I was only ever shot at once while in the military.
Where the frick do you live anon?
Florida. But it was Black folk every time.
>but it was Black folk every time
You did not need to tell us that, anon. We already know.
Phillip is that you?
America, can't you read?
Chicago?
Same but only once. I had someone do attempted murder on me and he went to prison, it’s crazy. It wasn’t even a negative experience for me, I was young so I felt like a g. Nowadays? Forget it, I’d have ptsd.
I bet a lot of people think you’re memeing, but I believe you.
That you, Paul?

When I was 11 my dad and I lit fireworks in the drive way, it flipped over and as I was running into the garage it bounced off of a wall and hit ne in the chest.
Thank you for your service
Louis always leaves no more peels for poor ol' Beel...
>l4d was 15 years ago
frick, ouch...
It was a dated game at launch
>source engine
>counter-strike assets
>disembodied voices in lieu of NPCs
>It was a dated game at launch
bullshit, its still unsurpassed to this day
>source engine
literally nothing wrong with it zoomer, go make a reddit post about how source is so liminal
>counter-strike assets
CSS assets are pretty realistic looking without being 100 GBs like modern games
>no NPCs
it's called left 4 dead because it's just the 4 of you against the world, the isolation is the point and literally in the title moron
Source is creepy, but thats by design. Everything else you said is right though.
Source debuted in 2004 and L4D was released in 2008. That is not at all old for a game engine you fricking zoomzoom. And npcs would not have improved that game.
It was very new and fresh at the time gameplay-wise, and didn't look bad either
t. was there
Wrong
I was hit by a ND from my roommate in college near the spine. I occasionally get really bad back spasms that lay me out from time to time as a result, but no other long term damage.
Incidently, I was in the army reserves and never had anything like that happen there. He was in the real army and never shot anyone while deployed, so it is what it is?
Shot...not unless you count shrapnel.
Shoot at someone in under less than lawful circumstances...Yeah, Emperor Bush the First sent me to shoot Cubans ever so slightly north of the Equator. I seriously doubt it was entirely legal.
>Have you ever been shot?
No, but I been shot at. But it was war, my dumb ass signed up, and it was to be expected.
>Or, have you ever shot at someone when you didn't necessarily have all the legal blah blah to do so?
It was war so technically I always had the legal blah blah to do so. But I never got to actually shoot for any reason.
I "almost" shot a friend once when he decided to go down range while me and a different friend were in the middle of firing a revolver. He was nowhere near the bullets but they landed in front of where he was headed, he always used to use that moment to mock me because I said I wasn't looking as I apologized. I wasn't looking, down range, both me and my friend were looking right at the SAA in my hands because we were admiring how beautifully it works. He's the moron that decided to start walking down there while people were still in the middle of firing their weapons. He couldn't just say something first or wait for all six shots to go off.
I've seen people start to walk down range without calling cold. They act like everyone else is the moron when in fact they are the morons. Dunning-kruger effect?
>Dunning-kruger effect?
That's like that guy's entire personality when he talks online so you're not that far off. I still can't believe he was ever in charge of anything in the Army.
My buddy shot me in the arm with .22 ratshot when we were dicking around in the garage. It hurt a little I guess
Now you've got to start moving up to .380 ACP then 9mm and so on until you can finally become immune to .44 magnum.

>off roading with a friend
>park on top of a small butte
>all of a sudden we hear bullets whizzing overhead
The bullets are coming from some motherfrickers shooting at the butte, they obviously see that we are parked at the top of the butte
Still some of the most moronic gun owners I've ever encountered.
Basically nbd tbphwyf
Yeah I took two to the right thigh and calf from some groid with I think was a 380. It felt like getting hit with a hammer and a really bad deadleg that just wouldn't go away. Still got out of there thanks to the adrenaline and I feel lucky since he shot at me 8 times and missed 6 times.
I shot myself in the face when I was a kid. Shot my Red Ryder bb gun at a tire, it bounced back and hit me in the cheek. Had a red spot for years. I still wake up screaming sometimes.
Sure, kid. And the neighbor's coon dogs ate your turkey dinner.
Got shot at, or relatively at, by a Walmart. I was picking up a fricking trashcan and some hoodlum attempted to shoot a guy 5 feet from him. A bullet zipped over my car, and the other shots were poorly placed as well, considering the dude live. The only casualty was after the shooting, police killed a civilian trying to assist the injured guy. I have the start on dashcam, but I couldn't even locate the shooter when it happened and I drove off.
Since I drove off I didn't know the full story till I got back and the news broke the next day. As such, huge feelings of regret for not sticking around and making sure it wasn't a mass shooter or some shit. I might be able to dig up the dashcam vid.
