I want Ruger to bring back the Deerfield 44 Carbine, but with 357 Magnum as an option. It would be challenging because the loads run such a wide variety of pressure, but if it had maybe an adjustable gas system that could be dialed down enough to run 38 Special that would be rad.
Would be like a hybrid of the Mini-14 and PC Carbine.
44 and 357 would probably require a locking system, although 45 LC should be doable.
Technically the Ruger 44 Deerstalker Carbine already did it. It was a tube fed design which was a heavily upscaled 10/22, but added gas operation since obviously blowback would be insufficient for the task.
I just want a lever action .22 with a loading gate or something you can top up, instead of the TUBE malarkey.
The reason they don't do that is because 22lr would get crunched up by the loading gate. You'd constantly be bending the bullets causing massive feeding issues.
>22lr would get crunched up by the loading gate
Yeah I know, but it's the year of our Lord 2023 I figured somebody would have thought of a method that doesn't wreck the cartridge.
A lot of no-fun-allowed autists showed up over the last year.
People will post blatantly dumb ideas and will get replies of people going >Uhh that wouldn't work, are u dumb?!
It's a balance, anon. If your idea is so bad that the fact that it wouldn't work stands out more than the humor you fucked up. The way around this is to come up with ideas that are dumb but at least possible.

are the people I am talking about.
Complete lack of appreciation for absurdity. No respect for silliness.
Incapable of dreaming big,
Exactly. Growing up with a lever action made me real sus of all the "your firing hand can never leave the shooting position for any reason now reach over the gun and do a faggy reload with your dumb hand" propaganda.
>Lever action slamfire 12g shotgun
I feel like that would be nearly impossible or at least incredibly uncomfortable to slamfire while working the action.
>9mm double-action revolver carbine (Kel-Tec)
Imagine something like pic-related, but with a bunch of revolver cylinders. You run out of bullets in one cylinder, it pops out. Then, you push down the next cylinder, and so on. And each cylinder might hold ten 9mm rounds. The barrel would be segmented.
Or just a bullpup 10mm subcompact revolver. That would make my penis erect.
There were also historical examples of revolvers with multiple cylinders which had one section of barrel in the in place of a chamber in each of the middle or forward facing cylinders for bullets from the rear cylinders to fire through.

Milkor MGL
Except instead of shooting grenades it shoots large canisters filled with buckshot
Perfect for when you need to destroy everything within a 6m circle in front of you
CZ 457 Jaguar, chambered in 5.7x28
"Mini-gun", chambered in 22 Winmag
20 guage shotgun, 16 inch barrel, lever action, two ammo tubes, chambered for Aguila mini shells
Bottom break, 6 o'clock revolver, in 30 super carry; for pure contrarianism
I tried finding a pic with one of those rail-mounted "definitely-not-a-foregrip" mag holders, but lost my attention, would that help any? Or, if it was in a Roni chassis?
I'd like to think HK's SMG2 would be similar to what Glock would do.
Marlin Model 60 upscaled to shoot 44, 357, and 45 colt. It would be called the Model 60BB (for big bore)

Ok but ditch the tube and experiment with some deagle mags
I’ve been waiting too long
learn to machine
build your dreams
>No real life Farsight from PD
>goes off slightly too early
>lever is forced open at mach 10
A gun that shoots the whole cartridge, casing and all, instead of just the bullet.
Thats just a gyrojet
Sorry to dissapoint you that your dream is shit
F-Fugg....
Now that I think about it again
Muskets also fire the entire "bullet"
Modern Artillery also fires the entire "bullet"
Double fugg
You're autistic

are the people I am talking about.
Complete lack of appreciation for absurdity. No respect for silliness.
Incapable of dreaming big,
You can be absurd and silly without being retarded.
>You can't hunt dear with a StuG retard, its too loud and it would be impossible to accurately hit the deer with the 7.5
This is how you sound
I've got no complaints with that greentext anon, in fact that's a great example of being absurd and silly without being retarded.
Load 5.56 cartridges as .410 projectiles.
I just want a 410 derringer
Can't you load those into the .45-70 one?
There's a good amount of those on the market from more than one manufacturer.
They're not even expensive
Is that balls
Puffy vulva
This is a thread for guns that don’t exist. There are at least 3 manufacturers that make .410 derringers.
Can we get one in .454 Casull?
how do you expect to actuate the lever while keeping the trigger held down without the use of a third hand?
Exactly. Growing up with a lever action made me real sus of all the "your firing hand can never leave the shooting position for any reason now reach over the gun and do a faggy reload with your dumb hand" propaganda.
He could tie back the trigger, same idea as an old west "slip gun". Of course the problem with that is now the gun can ONLY slamfire.
OP's autistic, retarded and has never actually used a lever action
I tried it with my Marlin 30--30 and couldn't.

Bolt action .22lr rifle with an internal box magazine
12 gauge electric gatling gun as a "crowd control" weapon.
Could you imagine this loaded with a combo of #4, slugs and dragonsbreath rounds?
> dragonsbreath rounds?
You have to be 18 to post here.
>Hurr durr mouthbreather reply.
Shut the fuck up gay.
I want to see fuckers burn to death when their clothing catches fire.
Then you're going to need something a lot stronger than Dragon's Breath. It's 99% flashy visuals and is a functionally terrible incendiary.
It's not like it is in the games bud
Ok lil bro don't forget to turn in your assignments on time
No sign of an argument coming.

There are some historical precedents for that kind of thing.

Why settle for one cylinder gap when you can have 3?
You understand me completely.
recursive revolver. what is the next step? a carousel of such revolvers?
>Lever action slamfire
wut
I want a break-action handgun chambered in .338 Lapua
You want a break-action wrist.
Yeah its the type of gun you'd only want to fire with a string and a vice grip. I still want one
A Mauser C96 BUT
Chambered in 7.62 Tok, .30 Pedersen, and 10. mm.
Replaceable barrel.
Removable magazine, can still be fed with stripper clips.
So you want Lucas McCain's rifle but as a shotgun?
>sonic gun to fus-ro-dah your enemies
>single-shot side-break twenty mil
bolt action .40 smith and wesson
I want that, but in 9mm Flobert.
Modernized LeMat
You and me both.
357 mag semi auto mag fed carbine
Why not just chamber it in .357 Sig to get around the cartridge rim issue.
357 mag is better you pussy waste gay monkey
Because 357 Sig is only equivalent to 357 Mag out of a 4 inch barrel. Once the barrel exceeds 4 inches 357 Mag outperforms 357 Sig.
.44 AMP AR-15
Ruger 10/22 WMR Takedown.
>A .22 takedown rifle that isnt shit
Captcha: 4D WAR
There's plenty of those. Winchester 1890, Marlin 1897, Savage 29, Winchester 62...
Phased Plasma rifle in the 40 watt range.
slamfire is dumb. just pull the fucking trigger.
When I fire a shotgun I need to feel like I'm jerking my massive cock
They took this from us
I want one but in 16 gauge.
Milkor MGL
Except instead of shooting grenades it shoots large canisters filled with buckshot
Perfect for when you need to destroy everything within a 6m circle in front of you
so...like a 4ga but in rotary form? stupid but hey whatever floats your goat.
>40mm buckshot in a 40mm launcher is stupid
Fucking gay
Semi auto rifle styled like an RSC 1918 with a saber bayonet in 11mm Mauser. I will try my hand at making one once I have some space and tools.
Something like the Saiga 12 shotgun
That is to say a magazine fed semi-auto shotgun
Except with a double or quadstack magazine
gas operated 10mm pistol/pdw with an internal bolt, fed from the grip. double stack
can be converted to 45acp and 460r
CZ 457 Jaguar, chambered in 5.7x28
"Mini-gun", chambered in 22 Winmag
20 guage shotgun, 16 inch barrel, lever action, two ammo tubes, chambered for Aguila mini shells
Bottom break, 6 o'clock revolver, in 30 super carry; for pure contrarianism
Scaled down Garand that fires 5.56 from 10 round en-bloc cips
USP with picatinny rail.
But really, I would prefer all guns adopt the USP rail so all guns will look kino.
Glock Brand Sub Machine Gun
Viola
It's just not the same.
I tried finding a pic with one of those rail-mounted "definitely-not-a-foregrip" mag holders, but lost my attention, would that help any? Or, if it was in a Roni chassis?
I'd like to think HK's SMG2 would be similar to what Glock would do.
Glock already lost the SMG game to HK a long time ago. B&T might even be closer to what I would imagine a Glock SMG. IDK. wishful thinking perhaps.
You forgot the front grip too.
There is a 10mm/40S&W lever gun but its a custom job and should be mass manufactured
>Custom job
>Mass manufactured
One of these isn't like the other
>Glock in 454 Casull
It's so stupid of a concept I wish it existed
morons would be the ones buying them
select fire ar12 pistol loaded with BB
