My favorite gun and favorite fetish have a weird overlap that's hard to explain without going too far into detail.

I would personally get something plum and give them a hex and RGB color code that's close (use Gimp or Photoshop; having a good camera helps if you need to take a pic to blur it and sample color). Probably safer to err towards dark; too light tends to look like shit when I rarely paint. Hopefully you're still here to read this. I have been avoiding AKFiles because being unable to view posts without logging in seemed like a red flag to me, I don't like cliques, but when I've got cash in hand I'll include AKFiles when putting out WTBs.
PSA seem to make the best 5.45 rifles right now with forgings for all the important parts, and KUSA say they're gonna release more calibers this fall for real this time, but imports are only getting more expensive because most of the eastern block never adopted 5.45, and either way I'll still need to buy furniture to dress the rifle up how I want it.
I wasn't budgeting much for mags on account of having no rifle to put them in, but it really would be nice just to have something in genuine plum, and I think you've got the right idea about hex and rgb codes being the best way to get exactly what I want from BD so I'll shuffle those budgets around, thanks for the tips.
