Look into permaculture setups, there's usually a good bit on different filtration systems you can DIY without much difficulty

Pretty bad anon. Soil biome is extremely important and soap kills things.

          yes and no
although i agree the biome is important
and that shit pollutes the soil

if its just for like flowering plants and ornamentals, it works amazingly

i have my washer with one and it drains to the front bushes
and its amazing how giant they are

          the plants love the shit

          just put a grease trap
trap most of the bad shit
also u can vent into a hole

I love to wash in your old bathwater.
Love to think that you couldn't love another.

just put a small basin at your feet while havin a shower. You will collect quite a bit of the shower water that way. Carry said basin to garden and despot water into water butt or cans. I do this, and you will be surprised how much water you actually collect. I use a rectangular basin, no more than a ft in any dimension.

I would avoid graywater form the sinks since toothpaste might be a problem. After all we are not even supposed to swallow it.

The shower is full of soap, and teenage daughters is a known terror, so with 3 you have a lot of soap going. I'd try a settling tank, where teh latehr at the top is skimmed off with all the hair. The remains could be sent to a sand filter, and from there to a composting heap. Add urine to get the composting going, as per

Greywater from dishwasher and washing machine is far simpler, just spread it like normal water.
