>And why isn't this feed system available for other cartridges yet?
because the design requires a straight-walled cartridge with a wax coating to feed properly
.357 sig is one of the only mainstream pistol cartridges that isn't straight walled

It's higher velocity makes it ideal in submachine guns and pistol carbines yet zero of them seem to exist. It hurts bros

Because nobody gives a shit about something so worthless. 300bo supers are literally the same price as 5.7 already. What's the point of a PCC/SMG at all except maybe to have commonality with widely available cheap handgun ammo that everyone already has handguns for? 357 sig doesn't have impressive velocity at all but still enough recoil to be shit for normal handgun usage.

Why would you make a .357 SIG subgun when 10mm Auto fits on the same bolt face and the size, weight, and additional points of contact of a shoulder gun eliminate all of the issues that some people have shooting 10mm?

.357 SIG isn't straight walled (because it's bottlenecked) but for the P90 mags purposes neither is 9mm (because it's tapered).
A P90 or MP5 chambered in .357 SIG, .30 carbine, or 7.62x25 Tokarev would be fricking wicked. High velocity cartridges with larger bullets than 5.7 or 9mm would improve ballistic performance and give the ability to penetrate soft body armor in a light and small package. Hell you could hunt with the .30 carbine at the very least as well. Not sure about 7.62 Tok or .357 SIG for hunting (the SIG is fairly close to .357 mag for power) but hogs and deer can be killed easily with .30 carbine. Don't shit on me with >erm acthully not possible because blah blah
Don't give me nerdy crap give me what I want, a .30 caliber PDW/SMG that isn't a .300 BO AR-15. A PS90 without the long ass factory barrel is still shorter than a MK18 sized AR and has a compact profile that prevents snagging and can be carried and easily shot with one hand. I've had an AR-9, an AK pistol in 5.56, an M1 carbine, and an MP5 I can say without a doubt the MP5 is the easiest and most accurate to shoot. There is absolutely no recoil it feels like shooting a .22 rifle. Had a PS90 at one point too but sold it because 5.7 was way too expensive and rare at the height of the coof, it was cool but the MP5 still shot better in my opinion. Or at least I could shoot it a lot better and it felt more natural to me. So in conclusion, someone make a PDW in something other than 9mm! .357 SIG gets up to close to the same speed as 5.7 out of longer barrels I think. It would really shine out of a larger package, its limited by normal length handgun barrels.

MP5 rebarreled for .30 Luger +P
>Romanian wire sidefolder–tier cheekweld
Frick it, at that point just make it a gas mask–compatible shoulder brace; I wasn't using that point of contact anyway.
Could you make a single-stack P90-style magazine for a rimmed cartridge like .44 Mag that had internal ribs that would use the rims to keep the cartridges straight?
What if I told you...the stock swivels almost 180° so the top bend in the stock mates with the curve in the frame? from the first time I saw it I knew they'd do this but I was expecting a brace, not a stock. oh well
Thats not a p90 tho
disgusting
for what purpose
kel tec purposes
*loudly sniffs line of coke*
Still a bullpup
God damnit, why do I like it? And why isn't this feed system available for other cartridges yet?

Is .357 sig sufficiently straight walled enough for this to work?

Black person what
What do you mean, "what"? I want a p90 chambered in 357 sig, that's "what"

No. If it can go in and out of the chamber without lube, it's not straight enough.
Have they untucked the reliability problem?
I get that that's probably a good way to mount a folding stock but frick if it isn't ugly
tbh i like that it loads like a machine gun with a top cover but the stock is moronic and that built in angled foregrip is also moronic
If guns had a voice, this one would scream "kill me" over and over in agony.
Why
It's beautiful
>put on dinky little stock
>also have to give it a 20 inch barrel
Frick the atf, nfa repeal now.
>shoot one mag worth of ammo
>25 dollars plus tax and shipping.
Liking fun guns with weird uncommon calibers is suffering.
Unless you're rich and named Ian. Then it's fun.
Get into big revolvers…. 454 for my Alaskan is like 40$ plus shipping for 20 rounds

If it a thumb hole stock and a little bit longer barrel it would be cool looking tbh.

I raise you a 12g p90.
>we got the KSG instead of that
this timeline mad gay
Out of curiosity, would that thing be CA legal by virtue of having to break the action to reload?
That'd be really funny and I don't see why not.
