From a standpoint of weapon capabilities, where does Ukraine rank now?

They've got a proven ability to take out ships without a goddamn navy. They've been trained on HIMARS, and are experts at wrecking tanks by now. They're also experienced in drone warfare and insurgency.

Based on facial structure, I'd say she's just ridiculously short.

Defensively they are pretty strong, in the top10 for sure but they have no expeditionary capabilities.

Extraordinary weak. Probably Finland would win if it got some logistical help. France would be overkill. UK would be comically superior. And so on. Possibly only Asian countries would seriously struggle. African countries are still inferior. Arabs, as usually, wouldn’t stand a chance.

Lot of flexibility in combat options due to weapons, experience and training.

Could likely throttle most countries in the world.

Considering Ukraine's Arch-Enemy For-Fricking-Ever is now RUSSIA, Ukraine is only destined to get better and better as a military force as a matter of fricking national survival.

Very low. Would have been defeated by now if multiple countries weren't funneling hundreds of millions into it with their anti tank weapons and munitions. Russia went into this thinking tanks were the key to everything. They failed to see the advancement of personnel carried anti tank missiles.

Prowess in individual combat, ingenuity, and morale are all where Ukraine scores top marks, but their industrial base is ultimately what handicaps them. They got really good at keeping 1970s Soviet tech running and invested relatively little into true domestic innovation or mass production. If it weren't for the NATO aid Kyiv would almost certainly have been overrun by now, but we'd instead have Russians in Afghanistan II: Electric Boogalo with daily IED bombings and drive-by shootings.
