With shooting, you can definitely find a shooting club in Kuopio, and there are many ranges that just let you rent guns, be sure to buy a shooting journal (ampumapäiväkirja, löytyy esim. motonetista) Do it a few times and you can apply to get a glock, AR, mosin or whatever the frick you wanna have, just don't mention self defense at any point during the interview with a cop.
