If you are a member of one of two gun rights groups and reside in the northern district of Texas there is an injunction and you can get one without the atf hassling you. If that doesn't describe you they are not safely available, even if it does, it isn't settled law and you may face confiscation if the lawsuit goes the wrong way.

Full auto is braindead in the first place. Cool for a fun gun I guess but I cringe every time Im at the range and someone is spamming a 9mm SBR and never getting close to the trash they threw out 20 yards away.
Quite literally yesterday a group was at the local open range with two shotguns, a full auto capable sbr, a small bolt rifle, a few pistols and the entire time they must have shot over 600 rounds collectively in an hour, I never saw a single hit on their milk jug full of rocks or the spray can next to it.

What I find strange about it all is this is everyone involved is resorting to a black market mentality. The playing field is more even. Both the ATF and 2A minded people know what the law says, and a cat and mouse game has started in a way that hasn't been seen in a while. No modifications required, M16 bolts are legal, and steel 3D printing is viable.
Drop-in sears are behind us and came up in a day where gun owners didn't have the technology and legal backing we have now. FRT and and especially SS simply can't be stopped as easily as drops-in sears were. I'd be interested to see how this developes as these become more prolific.
